Not me downloading Elden Ring as my 1st souls game while watching this😭😂😂
Try Dark Souls 2 first
@@Josh---wtf hell no please dont do that
It’ll be fun regardless. Was my first and the dlc continued to go crazy!
Turn back lol play Dark Souls or Bloodborne first!
@@fresx9253it’s the easiest one bruh
I genuinely think that your first soulsborne game will be your favorite, mine was Bloodborne and it's not only my favorite soulsborne game but my favorite game of all time.
I agree I played dark souls 2 first, and it's still my favorite
I played dark souls 3 first and then bloodborne. The latter is however my favorite by far
I played the trilogy and Elden ring before bloodborne but BB is still my favorite. The combat flows in a way that hits just right.
Played all the dark souls games and elden but sekiro was probably my favorite and was my 4th game
Sekiro was and remains my favorite out of all of them with bloodborne as my second favorite and DS2 as my third. I played Sekiro first then DS2 and bloodborne around the same time. Elden Ring goes below all three souls games for me but I love the open world and combat in it.
Sekiro’s combat could potentially change your opinion. Really looking forward to the day you hunt the platinum on that masterpiece!
Its going to be tough to get the platinum 💀
Sekiro's combat if you get used to it it's so so so easy
@lll-Ryujin-lll Sekiro is easy and satisfying once you learn the rhythm of the game but anyone who just started will obviously struggle.
He already has the platinum for sekiro
@@Dkidiskdksiwjejwjkakdleo only From Soft platinums he has are Elden Ring and Bloodbourn homie
Your first one is always your favorite. Ds3 will forever be my favorite game because of nostalgia
Same man. I'll never forget fighting Gael at the end of the world
real
Nope. Started with ds3 and my favorite is bb
I started with elden ring and DS3 is miles ahead in terms of being my favorite
@@dubdundub ok sorry “Your first one will most likely be your favorite” better?
My first souls game was elden ring but I love dark souls 3 the most because of the bosses and just how beautiful yet depressing the environment is
I have a different experience. Elden ring is my first souls game and I went back and played them all and my personal favorite is actually dark souls 1. Dark souls 1 immersion is amazing. And I think going into a new souls game and comparing it to Elden ring is the wrong way to go about it. You have to kinda throw everything you know about previous souls game and get yourself immersed then you’ll see the beauty of previous souls game. Elden doesn’t even make it to my top 3 now
We are literally the same person. Elden ring was my first, but dark souls is my absolute favorite being the second souls game I played. I recently started 3 and have Bloodborne downloaded. Haven’t enjoyed DS3 as much as 1 yet(I got stuck right after the 3rd boss). I’ll definitely get back into it, I think I just didn’t wait long enough to get into ds3 after ds1. Hopefully my mind will be changed but we’ll have to see.
@@itslazermoose1266 yeah ds3 after ds1 is perfect since it almost a direct sequel. the world and location are the same and there a lot of cool call backs in ds3. The game is definitely worth learning just takes some time but eventually the combat will click.
I think we should take it like this: view the prior games as a monumental stepping stone towards Elden Ring, e.g. the fast paced combat of bloodborne, the verticality and fluidity of sekiro etc.
In that way, I view the previous games as part of what have made my ER experience so enjoyable
Yeah you can really feel all the extra years of dev experience in ER
this feels so reductive and disrespectful towards the older games. No, Elden Ring is simply a different kind of game and it just so happens to be the kind that most people enjoy the most
There so many things that are better in the older games and other things that are better in Elden Ring that its impossible to call it latest and best evolution of these games. Its not, you're comparing apples to oranges here
@@jojoman4223yeah the simple fact of the matter is bloodborne and Sekiro just simply have better combat than Elden Ring and dark souls
Un true that is purely Opinion basedand it is not disrespectful eldenrng has a lot of good things that older games have have before it and implemented new things as well there is literally not that many things better in the older souls games because most of them are in eldenring and besides the Do aesthetic and open world its just a better version of all the dark souls games combinedand it is there best game numbers dont lie.@jojoman4223
This is a garbage way to look at it considering Elden Ring does these things worse than the game that were supposedly "stepping stones"
I remember seeing screenshots and short trailers for Dark Souls, didn’t play Demon Souls, and I loved the dark gothic medieval look it had, and just had to get it. I did some reading about how it was a difficult game but the fanbase was so dedicated. I start playing and the skeletons in the starting area were beating the shit out of me and I’m like why the fuck can’t I kill them??! lol. God I love these games
Nah. My first was Demon Souls, last was Elden Ring, yet Bloodborne reigns supreme.
There’s an argument to be made as far as performance goes since Bloodborne is locked at 30 on older hardware, but the actual content itself? Unrivaled.
I disagree ues kinda right elden rj gw as my first and I can't play bloodbourne now 😂
@@shinsoatimaku Truly an Elden Ring calibre gamer
This right here. I have played every game in order that it came out. Bloodorne truly is the king.
@Downsquad right now I'm playing sekiro it's fantastic 😂😂
@Downsquad but I'm scared ima only ever be able to play souls games now 💀💀💀💀
linear>openworld for souls games in particular
Large agree, the claustrophobia suits the style and atmosphere more.
@@wack... suits the formula more too imo
DS3 is my second after ER. Although it isn't perfectly linear, the semi-linearity of it makes it SO much easier to get through blind. The lower graphic fidelity and less diverse color palette also make the boss animations way easier to understand. There's less happening on screen, fewer particle effects, etc, and it's much easier to discern the telegraphs and timing windows.
I know people criticized ER because you could go wherever and grab powerful items early. That is definitely true, but if you were like me, you had 0 idea to even think of that and had no idea where to go. I got so lost and nearly quit, but I used a guide to get me on the right path. Once I was more comfortable, I would explore/fight ahead and use it to make sure i didn't miss anything. In DS3, I have had no issue going in blind, which is great.
I've never thought about it like that huh. For me ds3 feels like a hallway that sometimes has bosses in the way which has made me stop every time I try to replay it
@@nolandnordberg3246 I get that. I doubt I'll replay it many times, but there are people who play it over and over. For me, the first 4 Halo games are that, and those are also kinda hallways with occasional "bosses"
I played Elden Ring as my first souls game and I have loved playing all of the backlog, finished DS1, DS2, Sekiro, and am currently beating the dlc before playing DS3
If you love bosses, ds3 could be your favorite as 85% of the bosses are amazing. Only a few of them are meh. There's only 1 terrible boss, that's really low compared to every other fromsoft
Duude, I honestly wish I can experience DS3 for the first time again, you're indubitably going to love it.
ER is the one that has to become Bloodborne caliber, not the other way around
Bloodborne beats Elden ring by so much it’s insane
Maybe for u but bloodborne is such a flawed game, it couldn’t even beat the Witcher 3😖
@@andrewramirez3998 nah bro Bloodborne got better drip better boss fights better enemies allat
@@Hotdoglemons but Witcher 3 has better world building, quest design, characters, meaningful dialogue etc
why are you comparing 2 completely different games? That aren't really similar. Bloodborne has excellent world building and characters but you have to look for it unlike the witcher 3 which isn't to fault the witcher 3 amazing game but both are completely separate games from separate developers with different styles and completely different stories.
At no point will you say I wanna play something like witcher 3 and play bloodborne and vice versa. Because they aren't similar past they're 3rd person action rpgs
@@andrewramirez3998 the witcher better world building and dialogues? NEVER NEVER AND NEVER
Me when i bought elden ring as my first souls game a few days ago and im gonna start tomorrow
This reminds me of when I finished doom eternal and went to play 2016 for the first time, a great game no doubt but it just felt so inferior to doom eternal, wish I played 2016 first
Just beat Bloodborne today first time ever. That game had my anxiety legit at 100. I never was able to relax because it’s such a quiet game and any little thing jumps out at you and gives you a heart attack. Idk if it’s gonna be my favorite because I haven’t played anything other than DeSRemake
I thought there was a bigass area i missed when i was looking at the pictures in google of where this dragon altar was just to realize this is a dlc
Hinestly, the most annoying thing is the switch up on collecting items, the jump button in elden ring is the colect button in bloodborne and demons souls, muscle memory fucks me up every time
It makes me sad that people think Dark Souls is the first Souls game. Demon's Souls on PS3 is what started it all.
Nah i played elden ring after i played darks souls and bloodborne and bloodborne is still my all time favorite game ever. I love elden ring who doesnt? But bloodborne for me is perfect the atmosphere the beasts and the whole aggressive fighting style is just awesome. If they ever do anything bloodborne related i hope its just a remaster like they did demon souls otherwise leave it alone.
Agreed and its because of from's ability to grow after every entire in their series of releases
About to beat the dlc, all I have left on the list is Sekiro. I beat Lies of P too so I'm stoked to see how tough it is.
Sekiro was my first, beat lies of p too, now im on elden ring. Be prepared fir how good sekiro can be cause that was genuinely the best game ive ever played and better than elden ring
ds1 was my first. Very very fun game loved exploring and having no idea what I was doing on the way. Used a little club for a lot of the game because I thought the damage was pretty neat until I switched to zweihander and realised how much easier a good chunk of the game would’ve been if I used it. All that being said Sekiro is my favourite, I have never had a more difficult first play through of a game ever but ngl+ was so easy, every boss you struggled with time after time death after death then suddenly you whoop then and flex your skills, you completely understand all the bosses rhythm, I learned after a lot of deaths that playing ultra aggressive was the way to go, non stop pushing forward attacking and defend accordingly when needed. God I wish there was a dlc or a new Sekiro game I want that same feeling I’ll never get back learning the game.
Well said bro. Bloodborne and DS3 came after elden ring for me too, so I feel ya. Despite at first being bummed out neither are really open world, I was blown away by the level design. I loved it everytime I'd see a door or unreachable ladder, play for a day and a half, then pop out said door or kick down said ladder and I'd be where I started. So cool how everything is so connected. Their amazing level design made me not really care it wasn't as open world as ER.
I found bb had more soul put into their map design but it’s to be expected you can’t expect that kind of level design in an open world game
Sekiro is the only one I actually wanted to play after playing elden ring as my first. I hear bloodebornes also worth a shot but it's even harder and I'm very bad
I don’t think Bloodborne is harder at all, you just need to get used to the different combat mechanics from ER.
It’s easy because the combat is really fast. The dodging is the best of ALL Souls games. I beat the main boss Gherman in like 2 tries after not playing it in months last night. Sekiro is 100% harder.
@@kavid8120 that's why I enjoyed the shit out of Sekiro even though I'm terrible. Parrying the combos is so rewarding and visually awesome. Dodge rolling got boring after like the third boss in ER
Yeah bloodborne I'd consider to be the easiest of the lot due to the lifesteal and bigger parry windows
@@OneKxrma I think Bloodborne is harder than anything that came before it but not as difficult as anything that came after it.
I started with Elden Ring and then went back to beat Dark Souls 1, which I really loved. It felt like a drastically different game so I couldn't really scale it with Elden Ring because of how different it was. However, going into bloodborne, I hated it for 7 hours and then uninstalled.
Missing out...
As you keep playing these games they get easier cause I started with Bloodborne and I still think I like it the most
But that freedom to go anywhere and do whatever you want in Elden Ring and how accessible it is makes it unlike all the others
Same but i somehow always returned to Bloodborne just because of the theme and trick weapons. Burial blade somehow still my favorite Scythe in the entire souls series
So true I probably have more boss attempts on margit and radagon in my first playthrough than I did in the whole ds trilogy
Dark souls 3 was my first souls and I was blown away
I started with Elden Ring. Still thought Bloodbourne was incredible. Knew not to expect a massive open world game.
Great combat mechanics, great weapons, great lore/universe.
Yeah his problem which he even says himself was the fact that his expectations were set way too high after playing Elden ring
Everyone i know has the first FromSoft souls game they first played as their favorite. In my case, my first souls game was bloodborn. And it is still my favorite (ER is a very close second). The first playthrough just hits different on the first souls game you play
Let me guess because it was free ? Lol
@@kavid8120 No, I bought BB when it was new, because I thought that it looked cool. The vampire, victorian era Britain architecture. Back then I had no notion of "Souls" games. BB was just a random game I bought, and feel in love with
Ye DS2 was my first and it's still my favourite
For sure feel like this. My friend was like if you like Elden ring you should try dark souls but Elden ring in my eyes is so close to the perfect game nothing comes close anymore
It’s funny cause Elden ring got me in to the souls genre but blood borne was my first game. I got so excited about Elden ring being a new open world game that I decided to play my first souls borne because all I knew was that souls games were hard. I bought it and my brother bought a copy of his own which we played together and is still one of my favorite souls experiences to date.
Bloodborne was my first game in the franchise, and it was quite an adjustment from dashing to dodge when locked on to the typical rolling of a standered souls game
Dark souls was my first souls game. I always thought it would be my favorite forever then i played ds2, ds3, sekiro, elden ring and ultimately played bloodborne. I must say blood borne is probably my favorite now and it might just be because of how dark and horrific it is that i fell in love with it. Ds1 will always have a special place in my heart for being my first fromsoft game though
Started with ds1 remaster on switch and it made my first playthrough of eldenring way better because it was a way I already had some of the skills comings in to it for dodging even if I was rusty
I started with 3 and yeah I gotta say, I was blessed having that as a start. Incredible game, but I think ER blew it out of the water
I feel like its ok where you start. For me the last souls game you played influences ypur next. E.g Im currently playing dark souls 2 as my 5th souls game after dark souls and it feels so good having 8 way rolling and quick movement, but I know I wouldnt give a shot about that stuff if I had just played Sekiro or Ds3
If Elden ring is your first souls game like me don’t expect OLDER souls game to be on this lvl in my exp
It's always your first souls games that's the best, because that is the one you go on the journey to understand it and get the "vibe". It's the one that you feel yourself improving in.
I played all the games as they released, and i still preferred bloodborne over all of them, because that's when i really got good. Plus the atmosphere, story, design, and combat are so unique and amazing.
Going back to *any* game without a designated jump button always feel like shit.
Especially if you also had a horse that could double jump, and run way faster than normal.
I played all the Souls games before Elden Ring, and it's still tough to go back when I want to.
my first souls game was DS1 all the way back when i had it in 2013 on the 360. i never completed it and then i got DS3 a few months after launch. I fell in love with it, and then i tried Bloodborne and all bets were off. To me its the tone, and the blend of Lovecraftian elements with a unique setting that set it apart for me. Elden Ring is a near perfect game that combined all of the best aspects of FromSoft’s formula, and it’s definitely the most polished of all the games, but Bloodborne stands out due to its difference in tone, setting, and combat skills. But theres truly is no such thing as a bad FromSoft game
Elden ring was my first ever souls game and I had a blast I knew of the souls community before hand but had never really gotten around to it until elden ring and god I don't regret it and could play it over and over should I now move on to playing the ogs?
My first souls game was Ds1, and doing that first just made ds3 even better, because if you play those out of order, it ruins some very special moments. Ds1 was my favorite souls game for such a long time, but I had to change it, Sekiro is just too damn good. Sekiro was also my quickest platinum which only took 24 hours including every gauntlet of strength (including Mortal Journey)
I've platinumed every souls game aside from ds2 (the last achievements I need is getting all of the types of spells) and demon's souls (I don't even have demon's souls)
Ds3 will always be my goat. First one i played and what i think is the best one for new comers to the series 100%.
Just fast enough to jump into elden ring, bb and sekiro, but slow enough to still be able to play ds1 and ds2.
Eldon ring is my first souls game. I’m 76 hours in and when I’m not playing it im playing blood borne (also my first play through.)
I love them both!
Yea you gotta start from beginning to see the progress an how it gets to elden ring. The older one harder to me not because of boss battles is because elden ring if you stuck you can leave other ones they force you to beat it to move on
Whichever soulsborne game u start with will always be ur favourite i started with ds2 and ds2 is my favourite
Eh this goes for some people, i started off with elden ring then went to elden ring then bloodbourne, and then sekiro. Im currently on the elden ring dlc but played a little bit of dark souls before the dlc came out and plan to go through all the dark souls series but i really enjoyed every souls like game i played. Each of them have their own spice to the game and are all great in their own unique way (excluding the dark souls series cause i havent played it yet)
I got into Souls games through Elden Ring and seeing videos of it, so I downloaded it. But I couldn’t play it so I had to upgrade and get a better computer to run it. So, in the meantime, I got DS3, and absolutely loved it. But I still like Elden Ring more. I later got Sekiro as well and love it. I want to get Bloodborne if it ever comes to PC, but that may never happen. 😢
Bloodborne was my first intro then dark souls but I'll say you have to appreciate each game for what it is
This is true for me but the other way round. Having played dark souls 3 and sekiro before elden ring, it just made me appreciate even more how good elden ring is.
I played blood borne first in 2015 and didn’t make it past rom, beat Elden ring later, went back and beat bloodborne, and ds1 remaster, and bloodbornebis my favorite. I like older games tho like old resident evils and kingdom hearts, so I think it makes sense. I also just like bloodbornes aesthetic and story more, and the weapons and outfits with no equip load and the best combat in the series
All of the old games are MUCH slower. Glad so many people are getting into Fromsoft, but its sad that they just never be as stoked about DS1 or Bloodborne, as I was. They ARE a great way to lore dive, practice observing how they build environments, really learn the core mechanics, and practice.
Dark Souls 1 was my first. It forever changed the way I look at video games. Played DS3 and now Elden Ring. This DLC is hard but manageable.
Elden Ring is my first souls game and tbh I'm looking forward to it being more linear and less expansive
My favourite is ds3 for the bosses, those are SO CONSISTENTLY AMAZING, like there's 3 misses in greatwood, wolnir and deacons of the deep but other than that it's just banger after banger including probably the best boss in all gaming: Gael
Fr man, I’m struggling so much to get into Demon Souls after playing Elden Ring, Bloodborne, and Sekiro (in that order)
Demon souls isn’t the same level as dark souls, Dark souls is better
I enjoy the combat in Bloodborne the most. I still haven't beaten Sekiro so we'll see if that changes
i think elden ring is a good entry point into the souls series! u just have to adjust ur take on it when u go and try games like dark souls or bloodborne that is a little less open and kinda linear in some way. but small features that elden ring possesses like having something as simple as a jump button invites more players to try this genre of gaming. i’m glad you tried the other souls series :)
Dark souls 3 was my first ever and I’m glad I played 1 and demon souls after before playing Elden ring was jaw dropping
“Your first one is always your favorite”
Started with DS2, then played DS3, then Bloodborne, then Demons Souls, then finally played Sekiro, and that was instantly my favorite, because it is the best game they have ever made, Elden Ring included.
No
playing sekiro as my first souls game rn, played for 18 hours and the hardest boss to fight was lady butterfly just beat genichiro
I started sekiro as my first souls game. It was so painful
my first souls game was sekiro and elden ring those two blew mind with video games
I’m still playing old souls games from time to time just to remember the experience
I started out with the Demon Souls ps5 remake. Did not regret it.
Personally I started from DS1 way back on its first release. When BB came out it was so different I didn’t like it. It felt like to me every boss has a similar experience to each other and nothing unique about each fight. I have played BB maybe about 10x (excluding NG+ otherwise maybe about 30x) and even though I’d give it a solid 7/10 for it unique style to the game which I do fairly enjoy. But put me in front of DS3 and BB then I’d probably never go for BB purely because I spent many years plays the DS series that I’m still used to it today. Even Elden Ring which I consider my second favourite open world game (Skyrim always be my favourite) isn’t still enough for me to choose it over DS, even though you can see similarities to ER and DS.
Elden ring was the first souls game I finished, around 50 for my first run
I would do anything to erase my memories of DS1 so I can play it blind again.
I really tried to play lords of the fallen when it came out but after hundreds of hours in elden ring, i just coulndt do it man
My first souls like game was sekiro, then I played Elden ring half a year later. I wouldn’t say I regret it tho
I’m playing elden ring now for the first time. And although I won’t go back in games. Il 100% do multiple run throughs with different classes. What a game
Sekiro was my first souls game. Oh the pain and misery made me enjoy Elden ring so much.
Fax. I bought BB but i still havent finished it because i just keep coming back to Elden Ring
Gotta remember there is almost a 10 year difference between the release dates
Dark Souls 2 was my introduction to the Soulsborne Series. I felt like it was the perfect start. It was unfortunately somewhat rushed and the world was empty of extra details. Then I went to DS 1 and I enjoyed it. I unfortunately don’t have the deep profound feelings and love for DS1 as all the OG players do. I love the game though. Then DS 3 was the first one I dug really deep and learned the game and was a major invader. Then I finally got my hands on Bloodborne. Love it the moment I stepped into Yharnam. The Gothic horror that slowly turns into Cosmic Horror was amazing. Definitely my favorite not medieval fantasy setting in any game. Plus the Soundtrack is to die for.. My only complaint was the PvP and Chalice Dungeons. I am a huge PvP player. And then I moved onto Elden Ring.
Elden ring was my first souls game. just now playing demon souls for the first time, only thing that bugs me is that you can’t jump lol. Everything else is phenomenal.
Only downside to ER is no guidance or direction, fucking hate the smithing stones
Not a souls game but Armored core 6 is absolutely amazing and also by from soft. Gives you that awesome first impression since it’s a bit of a different genre.
Nah, I love Elden Ring as my first souls game.
But something about the Gothic Vampire themed lands of Yharnam and the H.P lovecraft looking monsters makes Bloodborne a very interesting game.
I absolutely love it, it’s a frustrating 10/10 because I got lost literally every time I unlocked a new area.
But stuff like fighting the Wetnurse, Martyr Logarius, and Vicar Amelia felt very much like a Castlevania game, except you are very much NOT a Belmont.
It’s funny because it was the exact opposite for many older players including me. These games are so different from another they basically can’t be compared besides the gameplay itself.
I’ve said this from the first time I played it. The worst part about Elden Ring is that it’s so exceptional that you can’t play the other fromsoft games again. I’d go even further and say that after Elden ring, games with combat in general aren’t the same for me anymore. To be clear, I’ve played since 09 with demon souls and I’ve played every game on release, and now I can’t go back to them after Elden Ring. I’ve tried many times now and every time I quit pretty soon and go play more Elden Ring.
I started with bloodborne even though I didn’t care for the soulsborne games and didn’t even think I could beat a boss. I ended up getting platinum on bloodborne and I also just finished Radahn no summons to challenge myself cause I wanted to give no summons a shot. I’m loving Elden Ring but something about bloodborne has me wanting to go back. I think it’s because Elden ring has way more to it so I feel overwhelmed and feel like I have to be fast and quick about everything even though I don’t really.
That’s usually how I feel when a game has a bunch to it so it’s obviously a me problem not a game problem and again amazing game. Even though I find myself on UA-cam every 10-15 minutes cause I’m not trying to roam and look for my next objective/item for the next 1-2 hours😂😂🙏🙏.
Agreed. Elden ring was my first. Playing bloodborne now and it doesnt feel souls game yet. I know there will be more diffulty ahead and i hope it will make it feel better
Elden Ring is like the accumulation of everything that FromSoft has learned from their past games thrown into an open world format that was very new for them. The older games are a lot smaller but are more artistically refined
Its ur opinion, i played elden ring as my first souls like game then i played blood borne, for me elden ring holds its place but blood borne gave me joy and a feeling i will never find in a souls game because it rewarded me for playing aggressive and looking parys and stuff
Most Souls games are a Swiss Army Knife that can allow you to do multiple things with the same tool. Blood borne is more specialized. I’m not saying there aren’t multiple ways to play Bloodborne, but there are fewer ways to play than the rest. That being said, when you lean in and get into Bloodborne’s content, it is amazing and hard to step back from.
It is also my first souls game, absolutely fantastic game. Although it wasn’t possible without the games before it where it got what it has from. Wouldn’t have todays Elden Ring without them learning and improving upon the past souls games 👏
I’ve played all the souls games and I find it kind of hard to go back and play them because of elden ring and it’s dlc
To be fair it is the newest instalment ofc everything before will feel like a step down
I absolutely agree with him, I think that’s the exact reason why I can’t get into playing demon souls or bloodborne
So true ER was my first soulslike, then to make things worse I played lies of p as my second. Played the dark souls trilogy in order after that and those experiences were def a bit tainted
Should I play dark souls games in order or does it not matter? I was planning on playing 1, 2, then 3, then Elden ring, then maybe bloodborne
Elden ring also has so many quality of life changes that make it player friendly.
I just like bloodborne best because its combat system and pacing is so unique. The aggression required and way fights feel like a dance back and forth is absolutely unrivaled. Elden ring is fast paced in a different way which is also very cool it just doesnt feel the same to me. Also trick weapons and the nighttime atmosphere feels SO good.
As someone who maxed out on Bloodborne before ever playing Elden Ring... the open world concept, the freedom to do different tasks when you dont feel like doing one, the overall diversity in your play style, customization and character, etc. Put Elden Ring first
The first soulsborne game I played was Dark Souls 3 back in like 2019
Elden Ring was only the first souls game I outright beat, which led me to go back to the Trilogy + BB.
Gotta say I vastly prefer the older games as they don’t have the same fat ER does. ER has vaaaast areas in the map with little to nothing going on or maybe worse… just the same environments reused over and over.
To add on to that, I really haven’t loved my NG+ runs as much, considering I have so much more ground to cover.
