Awesome content. Would you consider making a beginner guide for the more nuanced mechanics of the game for brand new players? It's surprisingly difficult to find anyone making beginners content for total war games in general.
Love the video! Definitely going to give a follow to the channel! I’m late game on Agamemnon, and really struggling with the food upkeep (-15/25k everytime I go up /down an administration level) Any tips for this? I feel I’ve built all of the best food economy buildings. Influence is letting me down though due to low influence in Mesopotamia, but I’m tempted to seek out some new gods who give a better food increase to all building (like Ptah).
@@Costin_Gaming I think I’ve worked out a way around it! I’ve maxed out my administration tier, and then stabilised my economy by expanding to more food regions! Trade was getting tougher with more enemies and less allies
If they have a General outside of the city just attack that, the garrison will reinforce in a field battle instead. Win that and then take the city straight after with easy auto resolve.

Why can't you get rid of the strategic threat penalty?
Literally was fighting that early battle, he said "general dont died easely" my general just died at 134/135 :/
Damn!
jees this game looks so complicated compared to the earlier ones. not sure if I will get this even on sale
It has a semi learning curve but once you learn it, you'll enjoy the beauty of the game, graphics and all
Instead of seige then how do you take down a city?!
