Here to double the support on Andrew and Joshua. BwB might be the best pure cooking channel in youtube, Joshua Weissman has a unique style and is great at teaching the recipes. But what set both apart is the camera work and production value of both channels.

Here's how I play the "Ferideh drinking game"... Everytime Ferideh says a word, I take a drink. I've yet to cook a single recipe...oh, also if anyone has an extra liver I can use please let me know.
That wine she's drinking looks like a Bear Grylls vintage.
Plot twist: it's Scotch poured into a wine glass to make it look like white wine.

Tried making something inspired on this and everyone was blown away. Used the shrimp heads and shells to flavour the broth. Top notch.
So great. Just made this and added corn, as well as crab and scallops. Killer! Served in a homemade sourdough bread bowl and some club crackers. Great for a sub 20F degree day!
Could you have put the shrimp shells in at the beginning with the clams to add to the stock flavor?
I would say yes. She probably didn't because this dish is all about the clams. Besides, I wouldn't want to throw away all of those shells so you could freeze and save them for another dish or add them in.
I thought the same thing. I'm going to try that and omit the fennel.
I love this girl. Such a great personality.

Fennel is a great addition to the chowder... I just love it with seafood, my favorite is to add it tuna salad!

Always love seeing new seafood here. Simple tips like shelling shrimp is also stuff people don't know. Fennel with seafood is a really good tip. May take some other flavors to blend well, but it's a good one.

I love your seafood chowder recipe. I love mine thick as well and we get the best Atlantic seafood (including lobster.. Yum) which I love to add. Can't wait to try yours🥰🥰

I’m making this on Samhain this year as a way to honor my father, who died 37 years ago. One thing I LOVE about this recipe is that you DON’T use pork (I’m lacto-ovo-veg-sometimes pescatarian) and you use unconventional herbs. I don’t eat celery but will sub a leafy green for the celery

Wow,it's been over a year since this video was out ( today is March 8th 2021 ) and it's been a hell of a year. But Farideh makes the time we have better. I need to make a similar chowder but maybe add some Dungeness crab. And definitely use the shimp shells to build up the stock. Sicily everyone. 😃🍷🍷🍷
