40:26 i love how the show have the parallels once again of Homelander and Butcher with Ryan, Homelander gets what he wants out of Ryan once he takes a step back, and when Butcher puts in effort instead of taking the easy way out with the cookies he and Ryan grow closer

Why is no one saying the obvious. Sage is NOT a villain. I think she's looking out to a greater good butt knowing there will be major casualties. Hey master plan I think is that no one can beat Homelander BUT Homelander. So people not remember how Caesar ended? He won but then was killed by his own people. That's where we're headed
A super genius should be able to recognize that Homelander will brutally kill her eventually.
I think sage is the final boss of the whole series. She set everything in motion years ago.

He's just using breast milk in them, no drugs or anything. They don't need drugs, they're the most powerful in the world.

I think Ryan was born with powers due to the fact that Soldier Boy was a supe, and they administered it to him as a fetus, so maybe it’s just evolution being like “oh hey, super powers are cool” plus we don’t know if the egg that was used came from the runaway or from someone else
I really like sage in this episode, confronts a train, instantly knows its him and plays it off like shes still investigating, brings in the news guy cuz fuck him lol and notices atrain looking nervous at homelander and relievingly confused at the news guy

I genuinly feel that's the darkest moment of the boys so far. Homelanders dark charisma and influence on humans vs humans. Power is addictive. And Ryan was getting a kick out of it as well.

It’s clear that Kessler and Becca are the good and bad angels on Butchers shoulders. In that Barn Sameer looked around like, “who is this guy talking to” on one particular point, watch his eye movement.

Spraying virus-rich blood on themselves would be bad, but to be fair I don’t think they ever worried about that. Maybe the farm scene will turn out to have been a super-spreader event, but I think they just ignored that issue to make a fun episode.
My dad has dementia, so this episode hit really hard for me... it's tough to let go of your hero.

I think Sage didn’t want to be on the seven or even an active hero. she knows Homelander doesn’t take no for an answer. I think her goal may be to destroy Homelander and the seven so she can go back to not being bothered in Detroit.
how does V even work if the animals can get powered up from the water but in other instances it’s shown being injected
I assumed A-Train was refering to the fact that Ashley had hid that Maeve was still alive. Not sure if A-Train would have any way of knowing that, but thats way Ashley betrayed Homelander that we know about.

What Brandon was saying could have been possible until this episode. When they mentioned the mom that didn't directly address that she was there until this epidsode.

So the bunny got v through the water I think and I think the temp v gave him cancer. So my guess v plus temp v equals super tumors?
Disappointed but not surprised by the reception to the Bonnie scene. Hurting people because they hurt you will never teach them the lesson. It will just make you hateful for no reason. This is why justice systems where punishment is a priority fail and those who focus on rehabilitation do not (which I guess also explains why so many Americans love this scene, I guess). Homelander manipulated Ryan to use his powers to punish rather than to do good. It wasn’t a scene to be enjoyed in any way.

There is a character from The Boys comics who's cancer comes to life after exposure to V. Seems like a awesome/disgusting idea that they would absolutely use on the show.

I thought Mom was a hallucination also. She never talked to anyone except Huey and no one ever talked to her except Huey. People did mention her in regard to having rights over the dad but the show NEVER showed anyone talking directly to her.
It showed her interact with the nurse when they were talking about letting Hugh die. Hughie was questioning it and the nurse didn't proceed until the mom knodded to her.
Hughie dad was talking to her😒.
He even tried to kill her.

Honestly. I’m rootin for “A-Train” & “Butcher”. I’m VERY not pleased with the outcome of “Hughie’s Father”. It was cute and all, but goddamn man. Missed opportunity, but the show got TOO much shit going on anyways.
