- Here are some of my favorite tips when it comes to keeping my Harley-Davidson Road Glide safe while on road trips, around town, or just at home in general. No way is 100% though! If someone wants to steal it, they will unfortunately.

Do you have any tips to add?
AirTag great idea!!
You bike cover is very bulky? I use a very cheap cover that can fit in your pocket or under the seat! Mine also has bits of duck tape over it! People think very cheap bick cover and very tatty looks horrible? I don’t want that bike Lol 😂 your other tips very good 👍 much love ❤️ from London Uk 🇬🇧
The wheel lock is easy to break, the fork locks just a strong snap will break it. You need better locks, chains always cover.
I’m not caring nothing heavy on my road trip
Sell your shit ass bikes cuz u only doing this for the views
When riding together, cable your bike to your friends bike. Use a cable which is thick enough to be considered a deterrent and make sure its covered to protect from any potential damage. Lastly make sure the lock is not connected at ground level. Keeping your lock off the ground makes it more difficult to open by blunt force impact.
Excellent idea!
You can do what us old time bikers do, put a cut-off switch for your ignition or fuel line.
Van full of outlaws doesn't care about cut off switch. They slide open door, put bike in, gone.
Great idea!!!
That`s good to know. To put a rain cover without the manufacturer`s name of the bike. It`s less of a target for the thieves to steel. And an alarm.
*I’m a simple man, I see queensit uploaded, I press LIKE*
Awww I appreciate you! I really do 💛
Yup lock that fork and get that rotor lock. Always a must when I’m out of town. Hey love the new front wheel 👌🏼
One thing that you can’t beat. In Wichita, KS they had a 4 man crew that would come through with a long trailer stack up a few bikes and be gone before Boing, Cessna, Spirit, and Beechcraft security could get there. I have an AirTag on all of my things except my cup which I loose all the time.
Beats the heavy chains and padlocks we use to wear around our waist to lock the bikes up in the 60, 70, and 80's..
Oh yeah I bet that was tough
I totally agree with using a non descriptive bike cover. I learned that concept back to put my $1500 golf clubs in a shitty named bag.
You are right about not placing a Harley Davidson cover over your motorcycle draws attention and the rest is history🙂
Hello QS,
I agree with your analysis, especially the random bike cover. I always thought, “Well if I get the $150 HD bike cover, the thieves will know it’s an expensive Harley under there! Nah, I’ll get a generic one instead.”. Agree 100%. And the Apple Air Tag idea is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! Thanks for that! I was looking for a gps for my bike 😃. All of your tips are good. Excellent, excellent video! 👍🏾
Thanks for watching! I'm glad they helped! I love the air tag! lol I bought 2 four packs lol I put them on everything
If I can see any part of the wheel and tire I can tell it is a H-D. Think about that.
Thanks for looking out for us Queensit. Great advice!
I 100% believe in what you're saying I locked my bike up like this even with my big chains and my little wires inside my living room because I don't trust where I park it. But when I take her to work she gets locked up like this every single time. If I'm just running to the store I'm going to use my disc lock.
Great recommendations. Thanks for the queues. Safe travels.
These are really great tips! I will definitely be looking into the air tags.
St Louis is such a beautiful historic city. Bike is beautiful. You’re beautiful! Love the vlogs!
All your ideas are spot-on Queen!
I give a like to ALL your videos baby.
You are awesome queen, always enjoy coming and watching your videos!
I agree with everything you said. Thanks! Safe riding🥰
I followed most of those suggestions on my last long trip!
Definitely a believer of AirTags. My bike alarm (aftermarket, connected to the battery) always drained my battery and then died after a year.
I saw someone once spray paint their bike cover to look old and dirty. I have not done that myself.
Thanks great tips. Had a bike stolen in late 70”s. No worse feeling in the world. Coming out of a local bar with friends and see your bike gone…..
Thank you so much for the amazing security tips QueenSit💖💖💖
Always a pleasure seeing your vids Queensit. I appreciate these tips for da bagger your right they do get stolen. So any kind of deterrent is a plus I like the air tag deal as well. Alarm ,brake lock ,bike , cover and etc! Keep up the great work friend!!
I agree! I do the same thing when I’m on the road. Fork, disc brake lock and cover it up 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you! Yep! We have to!

Thanks Queen for the tips be safe. keep on pounding
I immediately lock the forks and my ignition on my Heritage when at a store, and I have broke the wheel lock as well forgetting I had it on
Earlier you said I was a lucky winner? I tried the message thing and it didn’t work
It was fantastic! Thanks for asking Queen!
I have a generic cover for my Harley. I sowed a pocket on the front of it where I can use an alarm that clips to the front rotor. If you pull up on the cover it sets the alarm off. I’ve actually set if off by accident at the hotel the next day (forgot about it!) works really well! I also have the factory alarm with the fob. I love the air tag though. When I’m at any hotel I always ask if I can park under the canopy if they have one.
When we travel we each have a steel cable and park the bikes in opposite direction and use the cable with an American lock and lock two bikes together!
Lock the front wheel to rear wheel, locked try moving two bikes at once !
Excellent tips, I was doing all these except the air tag. Getting some tomorrow! Safe travels young lady!
Excellent video! Thank you for the tips!! Oh, nice bike!!
I stand around mine with my smith & wesson. that prevents theft 100%
I ain't got time for that lol I got things to do!
@@areyoubeingsafe lol 😂 truth is i never seem to park mine long enough to get stolen when i am out. I seem to ride for hours once I am off work ;)
I appreciate the tips! I have a lot of new ideas since watching this channel, so thank you for that! The only problem I have is locking my forks because it's an older bike (2006 heritage) but really cherried out, so it is an eye catcher. But all the other stuff is brilliant suggestions. Thank you queen sit .
Thanks for all updates on protecting your bike.
Great points made. Thanks Queen!
Right on, nice. I like the disk break lock and the air tag. Thank you, stay safe darling.
Thanks for the great tips. Especially the Air Tags.
Agree 100% on all your tips. I also use a generic cover for all my Harleys. Air tag is a great idea..
The air tag is a great idea. My Kia telluride has that feature the peace of mind is great. Even greater when it comes to your bike. Maybe in the future that will be a mandatory feature on motorcycles
Great advice! Thank you for the tips
Yeah we don’t like thieves! I have a power cutoff switch that’s hidden on my bike and fuel cut off. The thieves don’t look that hard when making a run. Good job girl keep the content flowing!
MV, where did you get your cutoff switches?
@@kappaldglidin2317 it’s just a copper plate with a connection screw from Amazon. It’s flat. I removed the screw handle and replaced it with a longer screw and used rubber to insulate. Then mounted it in a spot. Your will need a extra line for the battery and don’t use the positive terminal!
@@melmjeff Wow, ok! Thanks for the great info!
Nice!!! I thank you! 🙌
You should make a video on how you did this lol
I do everything you discussed in your video for all the same reasons. My homies ask me "why you do all that for your bike. If they want it, they gonna get it" I tell them :yea that's true, but they will always look for the eazy targets first". You provided great advice for all the best reasons!!!!
Thank you for the reminder, I completely forgot about this . Right on, B safe pretty !!!!!
Great video thanks for the tips sure they will help in the future
A big sturdy cut proof chain and lock
Didn't even think of some of these deterrence, thanks for your informative point of view 👍
Great list...I think you touched on everything well! My personal opinion is the cover is the best idea. I learned as a little kid from my next door neighbor who was a high end photographer... she would never keep fancy camera bags in her car to draw attention...she would put crazy expensive stuff in used McD's bags and leave her car messy as to play down what she had. Nobody knows how nice a ride you have if it's covered and the first step in avoiding theft is avoiding temptation. Well done.
All of your tips are spot on.
Great advice. Thank you for sharing
Great video Queen! Thanks for these security tips! 👍🏽
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed them
Superb vid Queen, keep the shiny side up.
The air tag is a great idea! 👍 Thanks for the tips.
You are AWESOME! Thanks for the advice! 👍
Ahhh queen these are good tips, you so nice 🤗
Thanks for the video Queensit 👍🏻✌🏻
Sharing this! We had had so much theft lately...It is has been crazy
Queen is packing some heat!! I don’t blame you.
Let’s Goooooooooooo! Great content, thanks 🙏 for the ideas Queen!!
Yep, love the Air Tag idea!
Awesome tips Queen, thank you!
Great ideas, Lady.
I've got a Harley now, but waaay back in my Kawasaki 900 days I ran a 10 lb. really thick chain through both wheels and the engine.
Far too much trouble for a thief to deal with back then - it worked.
Whats up from Mobile Alabama ? Your channel popped up on my UA-cam and glad it did , you differently have some good ideas I had no idea that it was so easy to still our rides ! Thanks for sharing and you have a new subscriber on top of that. I'm trying to get my bike rolling again . Who knows I might get a wild hair and hit the road , time will tell . Keep up the videos and be safe out there !
Good advice especially about the bike cover I never thought of that thanks😊
You remind me so much my little sister- also just fyi thieves are starting to hack Apple AirTags (plus place Apple AirTags on vehicles that they desire to track them. Those are excellent ideas, like you said no preventative measures are 100%, but hopefully enough to agitate them enough to leave it alone.
Awesome video Queensit!! Love your bike too!!
These are great ideas Queen.
The queen and her rolling throne hell yeah I really do enjoy watching you and gq's channel it gets me through my urges of travel and being on the road when I can't... You be safe out there young lady be careful and enjoy. I do hope for the best for you on your travels
Thanks so much
Great points. Ride safe and thank you for the advice. God bless you all.
I agree … nothing worse than a thief but equal to a liar
Locks keep honest men honest...theives will always find a way, make it more difficult for them though...good video
Great to see you again sister. Stay safe
Thanks a bunch Queensit😇
I wondered about air tags . Good to know they actually work 👍🏻
Great tips! My scooter already has a fork lock and an alarm, but now I will buy and use the bike disc lock too 🤗
And I love your ride(s)!
Great tips Sit. 👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you Queen, excellent video. Super helpful. Stay safe and God bless.
Great video Queen!
Helpful information and advice about protection and safety I didn't think of but you put me on the right track tho.. peace ✌
Already appreciate the video gave me some good things to think about.
I thank you for this video. You gave really great ideas and advice. Great job 👍
The air tags was an eye opener that was a new trick I learned today 👍🏽
Thank you Queen. All you talked about is the best that I feel will do the trick.
Keep it safe😎
Queen..who is a winner with you? I got notification..is it you?
Nooooo scammer
Excellent tips! Thank you!
Thank you Queen!!! 🙌🏿 🙌🏿
Crazy I do exactly what you do, and I've watched thieves on camera trying to figure it out and they barely get passed the cover and NOPE!!!...And in Stockton Ca., if they can't steal it, the odds are in your favor, and I've never seen the same person attempt twice!!!..lol.!!!..
Very awsome deterrents, and this video has every one worthy to use!!...Thanks QueenSit!!
Great advice! Thank you! 👍Ride Safe!
Great tips I use them all. I never heard of the Apple air tip, but I will look into it. I also know the location of the master fuse and I can quickly remove it. As you said , if someone wants the bike, they will steal it.
Great advice. Thank you.
GR8 advice! Thanks 4 tha tips!
Very good ideas!!! Thanks!!
Yup! You hit the hammer right on the nail!🙌🏽😎💪🏽
Nice review keep up the good work queensit
Great video I and Agree with you about the Harley motorcycle cover
Every one of these ideas are excellent…. Do them all
Just plain beautiful, the bike too!
I do use a disc lock and I have an alarm. I have the old style head lock and never had a key. But you're right. My mirror's alone are 200 bucks triumph factory, so yeah better safe than sorry.
Thanks much.
Thank you for sharing the insight, Queen Sit. I like the introduction song along with your introduction in this video. :)
Great advice from the Queen.
These steps are good to follow. Vehicle thieves want the easy target, something they can get in quick and get away with quick. If you or your bike offer resistance to this, they will move on. To thieves, time is very important as the longer they take, the greater chance of being caught. I've seen this many times as a police officer in DC.
I like all your security tips. Another thing I do is wrap a long bicycle lock around and through the wheels and through the whole bike.
