I read Like Clay Under the Seal, it is so incredibly well written and full of truth. I have purchased several copies and given them away, begging people I care about to read it, including pastors of churches. Most people believe the Earth is spinning 1000 mph, flying around the sun at 66,600 mph and flying through the universe at 1/2 million mph. Once you see the truth, the spinning ball will seem totally ridiculous, which it is.

Christians give me the hardest time about Biblical Cosmology
I know right, glad I never really went to church, so I am able to change my mind if new truth comes to me from the Bible.
A lot of Christians deny Biblical creation and God's chosen people being the so-called Negro's. The Bible clearly shows the curses that would be put onto the Israelites and those curses only fit the so-called Negro's known by a byword. And the Bible clearly states how the earth and heavens were made. But Satan has the whole world deceived.
Unfortunately many Christians are indoctrinated rather than taught to think or question. It’s like a dog pack. If one dog does something different then the other dogs get upset and start nipping at the weird dog. People are similar.

The Bible is a great spiritual guide. I have read parts of the New Testament and enjoy learning about Jesus and his messaging.
I learned about the shape of the Earth in school. School was good for this and other academic studies. I always had an affinity for numbers and logic so, now I'm an Accountant.
I am a born again Christian who believes in a Earth that is a sphere. For some, this may be contradictory but, I don't see any issue with believing God created our universe with all it's mysteries that we are allowed to explore and try to figure out.

The Holy Spirit kept giving me green flags about him and his theology throughout this entire interview. I will certainly be looking into more of him and his book

Basically, shadows never point to the north from below the Tropic of Capricorn. This alone should tell you that it is the Sun that goes around the Earth. We are not on some ball going around the Sun.
This is also consistent with the sphere. The 24 hour sun south of the antarctic circle however is impossible on flat earth, as is a clockwise rotation of stars over the South Pole, while there is a simultaneous counter clockwise rotation over the North Pole.

Good question. The topic is very interesting especially since either requires belief. I don’t know how to confirm with certainty either way for myself. Either seems to be a matter of being convinced. I question why the ice wall would need to be only in Antarctica. At least that’s all I’ve heard about. It seems that the ice wall would exist in every direction or perhaps in some areas the ocean or land would run into the firmament. Flat earth evangelists seem to always reference the wall at Antarctica south of Argentina.

@@omadas I think a lot of what we were taught in schools about dinosaurs was made up. Keep in mind the books of the Bible (esp Old Testament) were written well over 2000 years ago and the word "dinosaur" was first used in 1841. If there were real animals that today would be considered dinosaurs, they would have been called different things. In scripture look at Leviathan and Behemoth. Both appear to be huge and unlike anything that exists today, and they were referenced by God and people as if they were literal creatures that existed alongside man.
Regarding nasa document 1207… it’s totally justified to assume a flat nonrotating earth even if the earth is round. It’s not that they don’t have the ability to do the calculations with a spherical rotating earth… it’s that it’s not necessary and counterproductive because it would take 10 times as long to do the same calculations with a negligible difference in the results. Do you really want nasa to be spending 10 times as much time and money to come to the same answer?

Sure go read Romans through 2 Thessalonians and ask God by way of his Spirit to show you the truth about Paul’s ministry to the Gentiles.
Of course Odle can prove this once and for all by going to Antarctica with the Final Experiment. But he won't because he knows he will be confronted with a 24 hour sun that circles 360 degrees around his head. In other words he knows the earth is spherical.

First comment About 10:40 or so. He say he was 10 miles away from target and 8 inch curve per mile means ten miles is about 80 inch (6.6ft). Not 66.6 feet. Because he say or used 8 inch per “square” mile but we don’t see in “square” miles we see in straight line for miles.

8 inches per mile squared describes a parabola that for a moderate distance approximates the curve of the surface of the earth before flying out into space in both directions. Think of dropping the globe earth into the bottom of a big wide "U" into which it fits snugly for a few hundred miles. It in no way describes what should or should not be hidden for any given observer. For that you need the observer height as well as distance and you need to take into account refractive conditions. It can be a little math heavy but there are many online tools that make it easy. There are no observations that see too far when you do it correctly. Additionally, there are many many resources online to understand these things, since flat earth is a bit of a cultural phenomenon lately and there are many debunkers out there creating content, if UA-cam is your path to knowledge, which it should not be.

The main idea being that the formula describes a parabola of a dimension that approximates the curve of the earth, but should not be used to discuss what should be visible or hidden by the horizon.

Im having a hard time believe the earth is Flat. There are scriptures referring to earth as a circle sphere. Also, if the earth is flat, where are the stopping points to where you see a breakage and there's nothing but space. If it's truly flat, there has to be an end once you get to the edge of the flat surface?

Dean Odle needs to study old coins, old world buildings, mud flood, Tartaria maps. He used to be my pastor and I tithed to his church, but he has no idea who I am. Today I hear him tell his story of believing a saved Satan worshipper that the end is near. I wonder if the timeline of events is the great deception he mentions. Believing differently about some topics than what he says is not going to send people to hell.
On the topic of the earth, he's definitely amazing.
On topics of other eschatology, he becomes a small petty man who turns to insults instead of just sticking to the Bible.

Mozes describing how the earth was made in Genesis 1 was he describing the creation of the universe was Mozes standing on the earth or was he in heaven. Either the luminaries (sun, moon and stars) move over the earth like clockwork (as we observe) or the earth rotates, orbits the sun, follows the sun in its motions as the entire galaxy which has its alleged motions through the universe.
None of these alleged motions are detectable, observable or measurable.
The simplest motion (rotation) at 1,000 mph at the equator (allegedly) would result in shorter flight times for all airplanes flying west.
That doesn’t happen in realty. Therefore the earth must be a stationary reference frame and it is the luminaries which move… as scripture and our senses dictate.

@@benjaminbennett7486There’s some things you’re leaving out on that flying west thing. Conservation of momentum. The plane, Earth and atmosphere are all moving together. When the plane takes off, the Earth doesn’t shoot by underneath bringing the destination to the plane. It just flies west, no different than if it flies east. The plane started out moving east at 1000 mph at the equator, along with Earth and the atmosphere. That momentum doesn’t just magically disappear when it leaves the ground.

The problem with some of the things these guys are saying is that they are taking some verses out of context. Here's a challenge. Who is told in scripture that they will be guided into all truth? This will make you more careful when folks use verses out of context. Who was Jesus telling would be guided into all truth? Was he talking to you in 2024? Or was it the disciples? Who didn't understand even the death, burial and resurrection at the time of Jesus walking with them? The disciples. But later they came to understand after. This verse is about their understanding not ours. Then we read in the actual bible these truths. Let's stick to scripture in context, no matter what we think about the shape of the earth.

He wasn't relating to just the shape of the earth at that point, but all of cosmology. According to the heliocentric model, the earth is rotating on its axis at 1,000 mph while circling the sun at 67,000 miles per hour, the solar system is moving at 440,000 miles per hour, while our entire galaxy is moving at 1,300,000 miles per hour. For the earth, stars, planets, sun, moon and all the galaxies to come a sudden stop at that those speeds, the G forces involved would rip them all apart. The entire universe would have to stop moving for the sun to stand still.
