Because the sun is burning the white part of his eye (don’t know what it’s called) he’s forced to look at them dance while being burned if he tried to look away his iris is going to burn off and he’ll be blind. While watching these dudes dance to funky hip hop beats. Araki is a god

The best part is that in the manga this scene is only a few pages and only shows them dancing. That means that David Productions did everything else themselves.

Explains why the dance itself is just about a few seconds short from 1 minute long in the anime.
Kinda wished it was a little bit longer tho ngl.
