When you unlock the door while the car is on does it do the blinking haven’t tested it out yet but when I unlocked the door while car off it don’t do the blink

Thanks for the review, I have never seen anything like that flashing LED, it must be new. But Amazon says this doesn't fit on a 2016 Honda Pilot. Don't all Hondas use the same brake light bulbs?
Its because your 2016 Pilot comes with factory led.

JayAr you have a canbus error. You installed cheap LEDs. When ever you buy led’s make sure they are canbus error free.
Thanks for the new video; very useful review of a nice upgrade to stock. Any potential for hyperflashing of signal lamps or otherwise any need for additional splicing in of resisters, etc.? Also, do you know if the strobe feature is legal in all states?

Everything worked as is, no additional resistor or splicing. Just plug and play. As for legal use, this is what I've found on the DMV. California vehicle Code 25251.5.
(c) Any stoplamp or supplemental stoplamp required or permitted by
Section 24603 may be equipped so as to flash not more than four
times within the first four seconds after actuation by application of
the brakes.

I have the Philips LEDs in my 14 Accord sedan; I believe I'll stick with them.
I've ran Philips for over a year now on my passenger side only. Everyone has commented how dim they look during the day. On my driverside, I've ran JDMastar, much brighter compared to Philips. My coworkers always commented that I need to change out my passengerside (philips led side) because it looks dim compared to the driverside (jdmastar). They didn't know I was running 2 different led brand for testing. Now I'm not saying Philips is bad (I've been using on my passenger side for a while now). There are brighter bulbs out there is all I'm saying.

No, you do not need a load resistor for the brake light for this vehicle. It is straight plug and play.
In my state there doesnt seem to be any law against these, I actually have a pair I bought a year ago but never installed them. I'm just afraid of cops pulling me over or confusing other drivers and getting rear ended.

Installed these in a 2013 Chevy Malibu and when I turn the lights on they just constantly flicker... anyone know why?
WeisHama Hama you need to install resistors if your stock lights were halogen.
I installed the white one has a brake/tail light but only when I pressed the brake it comes on. It doesn't stay on as a tail light ( 2013 Subaru crosstrek)
You need to purchase 7443 led bulb. If you purchase 7440 it will only light up when you brake

Yes, but its possible that you have to shave off some of the tabs on the bulb itself.

Interesting product. But I think some people behind you might get confused. They might think it's a defective 4 way flasher or turn signal.
You still have a brake light in the trunk or back window that doesn't strobe or flash..

I've ordered these bulbs for my G37 coupe, and they don't work. They sent replacement bulbs, and they do the same thing as the first set.. SMH
Did you try flipping the connection. Most LED bulbs has + and - side that has to correspond with the + and - side of the socket.

That didn't work either..
Bend the wires on the bottom of the bulb out a tiny bit. Probably not making a connection in your sockets.

It's not that, they sent me bulbs for "turn signals". My brake lights are LEDs.

I think they are legal in California... But it would probably bother other drivers, especially in traffic.. your taillights will be constantly blinking on stop and go traffic.

Nah but I know it takes a one car mod for the whole town and city to have it too I once moved into my old town and I had these blinking lights on my cars now all of a sudden a bunch of people have them 😂😂😂 they good cause a lot of people doesn’t pay attention and the removes the fear of getting rear ended

@@charlep3962 Same shit, here. In 2001 I had a old 85 C-10. Broke with no money, I took the stock rallys and painted them black, some old guy gave me a used set of Goodyear Radial T/A's. I slapped them on and wasnt satisfied with the white letters so I painted them yellow. Gave my truck a different look and thumbs up everywhere. I STILL TILL THIS DAY, do that on my newer Silverado and people go nuts. I get thumbs up from Nascar lovers, whippers, and even those cool cops out there. Now, I see people doing that and they even have those stickers that are a waist on money. People ask me all the time, "where'd you buy them tires", and I just tell them I painted it. Laying down coloring your letters looks stupid, yeah I bet. But the satisfaction I get from the haters, priceless!👍🏼✌🏽
Blinking taillights are the most annoying things on the road. Hope this trend dies soon.
