Subdenudata…have you ever seen a pink flowering one? I feel like I’ve asked you this before. I’ve been hunting for one for ages based on someone saying they had one(ack, you’d know who it was if I could remember her name. A UA-camr in the UK. Something about Avalon) if that exists for sale somewhere, I’m all over that! Aaaanyway, congratulations on your chunky boy coming home to flower for you!

Mornin'! Thanks chica! I haven't seen pink E. subdenudata in person but I'll keep an eye out for sales for you. Lyn w/ Desert Plants of Avalon has GREAT flowers but sadly she is far, far away lol! I've bought most of my handmade pots from folks on IG. I'm really trying to step up my vessel game instead of buying more plants 😅
And yes, nobody got time for milk and sugar and stirring - jus give me liquid life straight from the pot ha!

Thanks for posting your new plants from the sale. I'm jealous though, I wanted to go but ran out of time. Next year for sure! Do you have cactus planted in your yard? If so which one?
Sorry you missed the sale! There's another one in fall, early Sept. I believe. My husband has taken over the grounding of the cacti and is putting stuff in the ground I wouldn't dare lol! Opuntias are usually safe, but everything is at risk of freezing so gotta be prepared to take action.
I went also, and bought two newbies ftom Echo! ❤️❤️
