    Cabbage Weight loss Soup
    Serves 2-3
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
    -Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups
    -Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
    -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
    -Yakhni (Stock) low sodium 3 Cups or as required
    -Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 2 pinches
    -Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
    -Dried oregano 1 tsp
    -Instant oats ¼ Cup
    -Water ½ Cup or as required
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
    -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
    Directions:
    -In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
    -Add onion & mix well.
    -Add cabbage,carrot,tomato,mix well & stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add stock,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -Add pink salt,turmeric powder,dried basil leaves,dried oregano and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
    -In spice mixer,add instant oats and grind to make powder.
    -In a bowl,add ground oats and water and mix well.
    -Now add dissolved oats mixture,mix well and cook until soup is thick (approx. 2-3 minutes).
    -Add black pepper crushed,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
    -Garnish with lemon slice,green onion leaves & serve hot!

    -Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Band gobhi,gajar aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
    -Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Pink salt,haldi powder,dried basil leaves aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
    Directions:
    -Spice mixer mein instant oats dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
    -Bowl mein ground oats aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Ab dissolve oats mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur soup garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
    -Kali mirch crushed,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Lemon slice aur hara pyaz sa garnish ker lein & garam serve karein!

    👍Its a great effort. Full of healthy ideas 💡. I'm really grateful for that. Anyone can improvise the recipe according to their preferences. Just a small piece of advice is that putting haldi and tomatoes in any soup recipe will turn its flavour into a ''desi salan''

      Haldi is anti inflammatory and good for health. It does not change the taste.

      Shan's pink salt barely has any 'pink' in it, Food fusion gets sponsored by Shan many times so I think issi waja se pink salt white sa lag rha hai.

    Everything else is gd enough but cabbage lost its tatse and crunch in one minute. In this reciepe you have overcooked the cannage way too much longer. Which will make this suop taste very slusly
