Glad they moved him. He clearly wasn't happy. Good choice, and happy he didn't get hurt while out.
I'm glad they got him back safe and sound. Hope he has a happy life with the new troupe.
The monkey was looking for a hot tub , like his family in Japan have.!
Well done Highland Park.
Wow that rescue was amazing, and executed with precision! What great team, so glad Honshu is safe and living wtih his new troop, Well done!
So thankful that he is safe and sound.
True, i'm glad he's safe ..
He looks adorable . Good to know he has been relocated to another location. If not, he would escape again.........
That’s what I was concerned about, another escape attempt.
Oh I remember this from the news and This Morning, fascinating to see more of the process and must have been incredible for you to be there in the middle of it all Dr Scott, a very special event and I'm glad it all had a happy ending with a new future, and your smile says the same. Thank you for sharing it with us 💓🐒🐵
That meme with him in a kilt was so funny. So glad he is safe and happy in the Zoo!
Wow. That must have cost a lot. I'm glad he's safe and happy in his new home.
I am so happy that he has a new family and he is happy.
Good for him that he was caught and brought back safe and sound. I hope he enjoys his new home! We love you, Dr. Scott (from southern Calif. in the USA--where it's 100 degrees out!)
Same weather here in North Carolina (99 F/37 C). Yes, hopefully his new home makes him happy and curbs his desire to wander.
Central California here. It’s supposed to be 112 for several days next week. Tssss 🌞
Missouri here. Only 88 today (storms yesterday) but with extreme humidity. We will be back in upper 90's in a few days.
I am so happy he was found. Obviously he still wasn't doing well so it was a great move to move him. He was a little escape artist ❤️🐒❤
Good job, everyone. I love watching Dr. Scott, ...
from Northern California, it's been hot here 103 today. God bless you all
Amazing! I enjoyed watching this rescue so much! Thank you, you are all amazing including the macaques and I hope they’ll receive him with open arms 😊👏👍❤
Really glad you enjoyed it!👨⚕️🐒
Good to know he's got a new home and is doing well.
Brilliant, i made a few of the AI memes at the start (the one being arrested by the cop, riding the highland cow, and in front of the road works sign work on the A9) 😆
Ah no way! Loved them. Thanks for watching
He is very cute and has an adorable expression.
I'm so glad they got the monkey back safe and sound.🐒 Great show Dr. Scott.💖
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it 👨⚕️🐒
I’m just loving this show!!😅
I'm glad he was found safe and has now found a new troop in Edinburgh.
Thus Great Wscape reminds me of 2 recent ones here in Toronto. A few months ago, we had a run away kangaroo, and a few years ago, a couple of capybaras went for an adventure around the city 😂
He's running... for Parliament.
So happy he's safe and fitting into his new life. Thank you so much for the video and also to the team efforts in his safe return. ❤
Honshu is a cheeky little monkey! I'm glad he got moved to someplace where he's happy.
Glad he is back home, safe and sound ❤
Me too! And apparently he’s really happy in his new home which is great news
GLAS HE WAS GOT BACK WITHOUT HARM TO HIM OR THE PUBLIC
I love his name. “Honshu” simply means the main island of Japan.
triste et belle histoire en somme, il n'était pas heureux avec ses co-détenus. Je suis la vie de Monkey BIBI, et je découvre à quel point ces animaux ont une grande sensibilité. Longue et belle vie à ce petit être
21:28 "...a truly happy ending" - Monkey doesn't look happy at all 😅
Praise God that they found him, now he's back home safe and sound! Great work!
I love this new series. Is Chris still with his family? Please keep these show continuing we love them in our family.
Great story
Amazing video ❤
Loving your videos.
Good for Honshu!
Congratulations and so happy that he has a new family
poor little guy. he’s a social animal, he must be scared. fingers crossed 🐒🌷🌱
Oh, Yea!!! they got him - and he’s safe in a new home. 🥳🐒🌷🌱
Thanks greetings from Canada 🇨🇦🙏🙉🦧
Thanks for watching! And hey from England 👋
Should give the garden owner free admission for a year!
Hi Dr.Scott. Loving your new channel. Watch every episode❤
Thanks so much, really glad you’re enjoying it! 👨⚕️❤️
@@rescuevet sounds like honshu wanted a vacation
Good on him! He probably followed the golden rule: if you're unhappy, check whether you're not surrounded by assholes, drew his own conclusions, and took off.
Hopefully his new troop is a better fit 🥴
Go Hunshoe, poor young guy.. aI hopefully he comes home own his own or at least safe and sound.
Great video Scott👍.
Im glad he is safe!
JO JO IN VT 💞🇺🇲
Oh I hope he is/will be in a position to breed! He has some genes of survival to pass on. 😅
I remember this breaking out on this morning
Great result, glad Honshu is safe.
What a great story and great ending to this great escape!!!…. Happy he is well and settling in with his new troupe
💛
Macac are research animals a lot of time I knew someone in Canada that had 3 free range on a Pacific Northwest island. Got bit by a Wooley monkey once hurt a lot for a mall primate.
Maybe he didn’t want to go back?!
You're absolutely right!! The other males may have been hurting him due to it being mating season!😢🐒💔
A different type of vet video for sure. And a great result.
Find the baby with treats and give him a better home
DR Scott you are great
I really like your show
Are all those animals happy ? Why would a monkey escape ?
Amazing
He just wanted to disperse to find a family he can settle into and possibly find a mate. Apes don't interbreed, so the males have to leave their troop when they come of age. This is why I loathe zoo's and sanctuaries where these beautiful Animals natural behaviour is taken from them.
Do you know what a sanctuary is? I dislike zoos too, but to throw sanctuaries under the same bus?
Some sanctuaries are pretty bad behind the scenes. There have been some serious issues in USA.
Point well taken on him needing to move away.
@@ES11777 yes absolutely. Sanctuaries are only sometimes bigger. However, there are still cages. These Monkeys don't occur naturally in Scotland, so why the hell are they there? When you've been in rescue and Rehabilitation yourself and done the work, then we'll chat again.
@@louiseupton3363 When sanctuaries are done right, which is most of the time since people running them are usually very passionate animal lovers, then they are a wonderful place for animals who have been rescued FROM zoos (or from the wild, or from private owners) to live out their lives in peace and free from neglect. I don’t know what you saw to make you “loathe” literal safe havens for animals, but it must’ve been things which are not common practice. Also, maybe put your energy towards hating people who are the reason animals have to be put in sanctuaries, rather than hating sanctuaries.
Dr. Scott, what made you decide to leave the vet office and do this?
Why does not he try and return to the clan ?
how do they nio hes back hard to count
Do you have animal communicators in your area ?
What do they eat ?
He probably spent a year planning as big escape and you had to go and screw it up for him…😅
No hate but what was your role there exactly?
are they dangeriouse
❤️🐵❤🎉
I know it is youtube and not you guys doing it but when it is a 20 minute video and the multiple ads are about 30 minutes it gets really annoying.
So boring! So slow moving and a waste of 22 mins watching. And what was Dr Scott’s role in the rescue? Not much! Seriously I was expecting better. This has to be the worst Dr. Scott video ever.
his role was as reporter which he did fine.
Nasty Comment. You must have such a busy life that you don't have time to watch this. You have a sad life.
Are you young with a very short attention span? Or in need of instant gratification all the time?
Dr. Scott was there to care for Honshu just in case he was injured in any way!!
@@lizzyfolks9116 I’m wondering why anyone would invest 22 minutes into being irritated and bored. Life’s way too short to spend any moment entertaining hateful thoughts. Dwight Eisenhower said, ‘Don’t spend one minute thinking about someone that you don’t like’. Someone OR some thing.
The monkey was looking for a hot tub , like his family in Japan have.!
Well done Highland Park.
❤
