Do you know the fix for the Prime 16HD problem?

I have an AI Prime (not the 16, the old model) that stopped working. The fan still turns on, but the lights do not, and instead of the regular blue/green logo, I have a solid pink logo (please note, it is not red, it is pink). I would like to know if there's something I could do about it. I could not find any information online. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards.
