How To FIX DYSON V7 Vacuum Cleaner LEAVING MARKS ON FLOOR

This quick video shows you how to fix your Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner leaving marks all over your hardwood floors, tiled floor etc.

My wheels are spinning fine and it's very clean, but it is still leaving marks on the floors, especially when I am turning the vacuum. Also took those wheels off and used the vacuum it still made marks on the floor. I think the marks are coming from the plastic corners; I can see they are scratched up as well. Any tips to prevent this?
