This one takes a pretty good size stick. It just doesn’t take odd shaped branches. You have to trim the side branches. . I did a bid fig and pomegranate tree no problem.
Removed yes. Its riding on a shaft that’s held in by the front plate. If your handy with a file you might be able to touch them up but it’s all one big forged piece. the blades are not screwed on or anything.
Thanks for this review. I will try the smaller sunjoe. I like that it takes a bigger stick but I think the blade type will serve my needs better.
