One of the best aspects of your blogging is that you provide really practical information and for anybody that wants to travel
Thanks very much
Good transportation is a must, a reliable mechanic is a huge plus, nice.
Very useful, I will buy my bike from here when I move to Thailand.
Nice to let us now this Motor bike dealer ❤️
I'll definitely be stopping by his shop when I'm ready to buy.
Another great informative enjoyable vlog. The motorbike guy and his son look trustworthy. I would definitely visit him. 👍 Thank you
Thanks 👍
Outstanding video…I’m here in the Dominican Republic and I bought a Chinese scooter for 67,000 pesos, about 1,200 dollars and it’s not even a Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki. He has really good prices for quality scooters. I wish I could have bought mine from his shop.
Thanks for the coffee, Tony
It's amazing a good price 👌
great info mate with good honest pricing , thanks for sharing
Beautiful looking bikes
Yes indeed!
Love bikes! Thanks!
Me too!
and if you rent a bike, make sure you are licensed in your home country or Thailand to ride a bike. Otherwise you may be quite surprised when your insurance does not cover you if in an accident
New Rule in Thailand, after staying 3 months you need to have Thai driving License.
that triumph is nice.... when i retire there next year will need something small and cheap for 6 months till i get used to riding around there...then i can step up into a nice bike like that.....
Great video. The Triumph 900 may be was built in Thailand.
Great Information Thanks
That's great info mate. Cheers.
Glad to help
I am thinking about buying a bike in Malaysia. But seems like prices on used bikes are much better in Thailand
Great video.. next best used car dealers... Thanks
Good info here - thanks for sharing.
Wow, that's bizarre, been thinking about getting the 1100 dct rebel, and the first picture up on the vid is a rebel!
Honda DCT is brilliant, personally I would never buy a manual bike ever again.
A bit like I would never buy a manual car again, same, same
Good one Daz. October looking good I suppose for a return, but that can easily change as we all know 😁
We shall see
I like the Rebel but it's unnecessarily big for using in town and 350cc is too small to use comfortably for touring. But a good price if someone is only interested in Image around town.
@@kevinf-b5065 they've toured all over Thailand and many other countries on small bikes like honda c 90 and 120 wind but that doesn't make them good touring bikes either.
Great video, I'll check this place out. That Rebel is a 300 or a 500. They don't make a 350.
Must be a300 then
saw 55k and 70k. So lets say 60k. That is 2,000 USD. If staying a long time, that is not a bad price to be able to get around.
Prices for those CBR650 bikes same as in Canada.
Speaking of motorbike.. I love your informative videos .. I love the thrill of motorbike taxi for my short journey.. I am just a 2 week millionaire as we don’t have here in England .. Some people call me crazy for doing this .. your thoughts or video would be great for this info .. thoughts please 🇹🇭🇹🇭
Interesting they will store bikes.
-- I plan to come and go so that will be useful.
thank you for the ideas and prices, have you done something similar with second hand cars in Thailand.
Could you do a video on Visa options? I noticed on some of your condo videos you list a Visa Service expense. I am a Database Engineer and because of Covid, I can now permanently work from home. I would love to move to Pattaya and still keep my Database job.
Will do
Didn't know there is keyless ignition for motorbikes also. Good info.
you all prolly dont give a damn but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account..?
I was dumb lost my password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Griffin Enoch Instablaster =)
@Trenton Lyle I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im trying it out now.
I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Trenton Lyle It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my account !
@Griffin Enoch happy to help =)
Great video ...👍👍👍👍
Thanks for the visit
Does the dealer provide a warranty for the 2nd hand bikes? If he does, then how long is it?
Great vid ..cheers
Glad you enjoyed it
Haha, I sent the link to Lukas and you mention him at 05:30 😂👊👍
Ha Ha
i love the look of the Honda rebel i take it thats the 300cc version ? if i was moving there this year i would buy it alas the move isnt until next summer im sure it will be snapped up
Never ridden a motorcycle before but it looks like I might have to learn if I ever want to spend more than two weeks anywhere in Asia
a small bike, even a scooter can make pattaya more fun. I personally am rarely in a hurry and for the last 15 years since my first visit, always love the baht bus. Easy on, easy off. Just so convenient and I like to sit down and look out and see things as it motors around. Have to admit when my buddies come over and they have proper bike licenses, it is awfully convenient to ride more directly and quicker to where you want to go. But driving on the left as they do in Thailand can be tricky if one is not used to it. No problems going straight and level, but at that first turn or junction, if some quick reaction is needed, you might react in the wrong way. So go slow and steady and be really really careful
@@gkprivate433 The dangerous situations are when you walk across the street, and check at the wrong direction first...
Not that I would not Enjoy riding a Bike in Pattaya , I just
think We would be better in a Pick--up Truck ....
I’am not a biker, I’ve had a few accidents on mostly Honda Clicks 125cc, my Thai girlfriend got me to buy one via Facebook second hand for 20,000baht! So how much were the scooters? No way would I consider those bikes far too powerful, a biker friend of mine had an accident going too fast on a 650cc bike he’s lucky to be alive!
From about 20K baht
If only I knew how to ride and what side of the road to ride on … 😂 Scared to death …
Interesting to know that they will store your bike when you go home, any idea what they would charge for storage per month
Sorry, don't know
What about e-bikes or battery operated motorbikes? Thank you!
HI, Love the vids to reminisce, how long till you felt comfortable to drive over there as seen couple of very sore looking accidents when i was there?
I've been riding since I was 19, it took me about 1 year to fully adapt to their crazy driving style here.
It would be very hard to see a Bonneville and not leave with it 555
would these guys rent you a scooter for 6 weeks?...
Can you give better description of the location & directions to this bike shop? A Google map link or a street address. Maybe the name of the new building across the street? Can't find it.
There is a GPS map link in the description box, click where it says "SHOW MORE "
Thank you so much for that info, it is very helpful to me as I intend to buy one as soon as I come to Thailand (as soon as they open up - without the quarantine etc) in a few months time. I'll definitely come to visit him - and you to take you out for lunch, but for now I think a beer is well earned. Oh by the way since you're an experienced bike rider, can you give me (an active 60 y.o.) some advice here, as I'm a motor bike novice (but have ridden one the last two times I was in Thailand) I thought of getting say a Honda PCX 150 or similar, is there another bike you would recommend more perhaps?
Honda PCX 150 or Yamaha Aerox 155
But make sure you take lessons and training in your own country first, start NOW
And take your bike test first in your own country, so you have a license which you can convert into a Thai license easily.
@@everythingPattaya thank you so much. As I’m intending to this time move to and live in Thailand, would it be hard to get a bike licence there. I figure this way I’d save money on buying or renting one here (AU) which is much costlier than in Thailand?
This is Not the place to learn, do it in Oz
Are they still there? And are you able to write the shop name in English?
Yes, they are still there, there is No English name, but if you go to the the new tall fancy Arbour Hotel on 3rd road, stand with your back to the Arbour and the shop is the motorbike shop right in front of you, ask for PAPA NOP that is the owner and say you come from UA-cam and he will take care of you, he speaks Ok English
I guess if you're in Thailand for the (European) winter every year.. it might make sense to buy a scooter and store it for the rest of the year..rather than rent something every year.. I guess mot and road tax comes into it.. but interesting...
great info on vid, i am retiring to thailand next year and will defo need a scooter, have never driven 1 b4 and am wary after seeing thai driving ability in numerous visits, i was thinking of getting my english m8 to give a few lessons , call me stupid are they that easy to use? looking for something below 250 cc just to get around.
Get some proper lessons from a school !!!
Hello! Good tip. Can this Shop send bike to you anywhere in thailand?
I think so!
Any Honda or Yamaha model will be reliable.
Does he rent the bike out? Planning a 3-6 months
No, they don't rent, but these people do -
Pattaya Rent a car

@@everythingPattaya thanks, looking for a motorcycle to rent.
Can you write the shop name please? Or do they have a web site? FB page?
It has no English name but it's on 3rd road directly opposite the new Arbor Hotel
@@everythingPattaya ok thanks found it
Please help. I want to retire in Thailand but find it hard to find someone to talk to. Any advice?

Was that rebel dct (automatic)
Ive just watched back and can see a clutch lever, its manual.
It’s not a 350 but a 300 Rebel
Is this in jombtien?
No, 3rd road in Pattaya
@@everythingPattaya thank you
Thanks Daz. Do you have to pay taxes again for used motorcycles?
Do they do registration and insurance also?
Warranty for how long?
There is no sales tax on 2nd hand bikes, the reference in the video was for Road Tax
👍
Personally, I had an extremely bad experience there. I don't want to discourage other people from trying the shop, but my advice is to be very careful if you do. They speak almost no English, by the way.
Something different wnd very interesting.
Thx
Glad you enjoyed it
