I think pros might not need brakes for now! They slide and slow down like that - but if we made our own races using brakes - I bet they might be able to go even faster than before. One day!
I´ve been skating downhill for almost 10 years now. Brakes have no use in competitive downhill skating. Its a tool for beginners which i personally don't really like because i think it´ll make you go faster than you should (just like eskates/bikes). Brakes on skateboards are simply not as effective. We are not Cars, its hard to explain but skating down fast requires very different lines than a car would take.

Bro why didn’t you put your time for your second run? No one’s surprised you didn’t beat the pro but at least we could see your time difference. Also you should test who can stop faster and with the most control. Another thing (sorry but it seems like you need help after watching this video) you should show how it navigates crowded areas. I ride through a trail and there’s always bikes and ppl with dogs I have to brake for and it actually does get annoying stepping off the board to brake

We used to shoot hills back in the late 80’s and test speed beside a car. 37 mph was about top speed that evening 😊

How do you install it to another board
Just like a normal set of trucks! For some boards you'll have to drill a hole for the pedal using the included drill bit.
