I'm relieved that I watched this tonight because I dealt with it in the corporate world. I was angry and questioned my ability to stand up for myself. I knew I should have left things alone, but I had to take care of myself since I trusted myself! It's sad but certain that there is an alpha approach, but damn, I'm not even there yet.
