Great video! Question on scheduling for a 4:1 semi program: Say you have someone set up for 2x/week on T, TH at 8am. They pay $50/session x 8 for 4 weeks = 400. The hope obviously would be people pay for all 8 sessions whether they show up or not so you have all 4 time slots paid. However, they miss a session...what do you do for that person to make them feel like they're not 'losing' their visit? If you allow them to reschedule then you're putting them in another time slot that wouldn't normally have all 4 visits filled...hopefully that makes sense. Thanks for your help
Here's a response straight from Brian: "They are able to make it up whenever they need to. As long as they have an active membership. So they’d just do 3x next week. It’s never really a problem." Does that help you, Robert?
You could definitely set up a semi-private subscription plan that rolls over each month as part of a new program with its own revenue stream. You could also add on semi-private sessions to other packages. Does that help?
Good insight, we did run semi private, but the biggest obstacle was the volume of people needed to sell to make the slot viable. We had to Downgrade a membership as we couldn't get 4 people consistently to attend the slot. Something we need to revisit.

What about the people who have packages or monthly memberships. Is this just for people who pay as they go?
