    Absolutely right Dr. Sahab. No effect on kidney if taken in proper way with good quantity of water drinking through out full day min 3.5 to 4.5 ltrs. I'm taking 5 gms only before exercise. And having 5 yrs of experience in body building.

    Thank you for the information doctor. This was short and precise. Just one thing that i would like to discuss. Not sure if you would be able to get time to reply to this but let me try. I used to be fat till July 2018 when i started doing workout. My weight was 93 kg my height is 5.10. I was an Alcoholic. I started dieting took L-carnitine before workout and removed Sugar and cooking oil from my diet. I lost 19 kg in 50 days. Since then I am maintaining a body weight of 73-75 Kg. I eat clean however even after working really hard in the gym, My muscle size is not Increasing for last 1 year. I had a biceps of inches without workout pump and it is still inches. Post workout it goes up to 16.25 inches. I take 1 scoop of isolate whey before workout, 1 post workout and 1 scoop before going to gym. I drink apox 750ml of milk in the entire day. What do you think am i missing here? Why am i not able to increase my muscle size. I look in shape but the I had a dream of 6 packs. If i will go on cutting and decrease the calorie i take, I know i will loose some muscle with it and then i will look thin which i don't want. Please suggest what should I do.       Thank you for your support and comment, you seem to be eating too clean, I know how it sounds but to grow your muscles don't only need protein but also kcal, use a maintenance kcal calculator and then take 300 kcal over your maintainence kcal, also if you want to grow, i would suggest you switch to mass gainer once a day one scoop and isolate twice a day, I hope this helps, please feel free to ask anything else you might want to know.     Bhai ... One important question... CAN WE TAKE CREATINE AND COFEE TOGETHER ... I use 1 pack Nescafe of rs 2 which has 600Mg caffeine... And as you suggested now onwards I will take creatine after workout before sleeping with whey... So kya cofee and CREATINE ek dusre ke effect ko kam karengay... and one more thing ... Creatine lene se I feel tired during workout and canoot lift heavy weights and can't do more reps..

    any harmfull effects of Creatine ? ED or Alopecia. I stated taking Ceatine!! It increased my lifting but recently I got a bald patch in my beard!! not sure if creatine triggred something!!

      I've listed the side effects in the video, I would request you to watch the full video, as far as a bald patch in the beard is concerned, I doubt creatine could cause it, but on the off chance it did, it would be best to consult a dermatologist near you and clear your doubt.

      There's no need to go to the hospital. Creatine is a supplement which is already present in many food items, just drink enough water everyday.

    Sir I took creatine for one week now I am facing back pain. From last 10 days. I have stopped taking creatine since it started. Please advise what to do?

      It's probably not due to creatine, if it's radiating to your sides, you can show a general surgeon and get an examination done just to be safe, if it's limited to your back or radiating to your legs, then you may consult an orthopaedic surgeon near you.

Lene main zyada dikkat toh nahi agar thoda hi upar ya neeche hain, par agar Blood pressure ki dikkat hain toh creatine lene se pehle cardiology consult zaroori hain, ye cheez samajhna zaroori hain ki agar BP high ya low hain toh woh apne aap main bimari nahi, bimari ka symptom hain, aur uss bimari ko diagnose aur treat krna zaroori hain.

      It's a 24 hour thing, drinking water right before exercise might help a little bit, but most important is getting the complete 4 to 4.5 L in 24 hrs.

    Sir i have Hypothyroidism. I workout on a regular basis. My height is 180 cm and weight is 77 kgs. I take whey protein and now want to try creatine monohydrate. I am taking thyroxime sodium in mrng. Can I take creatine 3 gms per day

      If you have hypothyroidism, then you will have to consult your treating endocrinologist first who's prescribed you your thyroxine as he knows your medical history and medications better and is also aware of your blood test reports. Therefore it's better to clear it with him before taking anything.
      Also if it's fat loss you're looking for creatine is not really the right supplement as it retains a lot of water and gives the muscle a full and bloated look, and hypothyroidism is a condition where water is already being retained, so it's not really a good idea.

      Loading is a myth, it is scientifically proven that loading is not required, normal dosages of 3-5 grams/day is more than enough to saturate most people's body's with creatine.
