This was wonderful! A trip to The Haven (always fabulous!), a little lesson in nature bathing, and a meditative journey into the stillness of a rest-centered life in a bucolic world for when one can’t physically make it happen 😌 - Great job Guys!! ❤❤ Especially nice given that spring has just barely started where I am and it’s been rather gloomy for several days 🙏🏽

I relaxed beautifully with this video - thanks Honest Guys 🙂. I hope that as I listen to these videos more regularly, it'll create a safe space in my mind where I can come to when I need it. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes deep sadness too - it's really difficult.
Yes, it can be difficult, which is why we began this ten years ago, after meditating for 18 months and it did so much help us when we made it a part of our daily routine. We are so glad this was helpful

We have over 400 and also an eight hour one that can be used all night. Our content is ‘evergreen’ as UA-cam call it and once every two weeks is our schedule
Is it possible to put the ad first? I always fall asleep listening, but wake up by the ad😅😩
We only ever place one ad before the meditation begins, but UA-cam place ads between videos. They have changed things a lot in the last year, but you could try manually turning off autoplay as that used to mean whatever video you were watching just ended without an ad.
