I love this one. It’s so comforting. I’m listening to this whilst there is a snow blizzard and heavy wind here in the U.K. Things are making smashing noises outside in the violent wind and I’m a little anxious.

You can always call on their spirit when you miss them and eventually when you have grieved you will sense that familiar presence when you call on your friend! Listen and feel for it and if you feel ready, ask for a sign, surrender that thought, go about your life choosing to feel good and you will be blown away by serendipity and anything you feel ready for…. It will surprise & delight you!

This is a lovely one! Have you ever considered doing a 'get back to sleep' type meditation? It is very rare I sleep through a whole night, probably because of certain medication I'm on. it's not a great problem but that kind of meditation can be quite comforting :)
We do have that on our list :)
I always wake up after only 4 or so hours of sleep and listen to brainwave music. These stories would be wonderful for relaxing back into sleep too!
I would like that too. I wake up during the night due to chronic pain with osteoarthritis and nerve damage pain. Get back to sleep relaxation would be great 👍🏻 thank you for the Haven series I absolutely love the journey there. My favorite place ❤

We create different kinds of content. Some are guided meditation exercises and some are sleep talkdowns with stories, like the Haven. We still have a very long list from 2015-16 of requests that we’re working through.
You guys are my number 1 ...but can I suggest a little more volume please 🙏💜 many thanks xx ☺️... My most favourite meditation so far is the Shamanic one, going into that old tree and ancient forest 🙏 I've seen my horse and my husky, both my girls together have visited me there 💜
I had a really bad and scary panic attack this morning, I thought for a couple minutes that I might actually die, it was really scary. Was shaking and feeling waves of hot and cold, my body felt weird, I have anxiety and working on myself to make it go away. But I’ve never had a panic attack this bad and there was not even a specific reason… Still have a pressure in my chest as I’m going to bed right now. This might help. But if anyone has tips to help regulate anxiety and not go through panic attacks anymore please feel free to share :) Hope tomorrow will be better. Thank you
Panic attacks are absolutely awful to go through. We all know. We began this channel because meditation helped us but it is part of a tool box and if you’re suffering this often you should also see a doctor about it 🙏🏼

I had them too and therapy really changed my life. Don't be afraid to do it. Therapists are wonderful people who help you help yourself. They gave me my life back. ❤️
