@@creativetraininghacks They are called "Dubia roaches" specifically. I guess there's only one way to find out, in the next year when my colony grows out of control I will eat only dubias as my protein for a whole year!
@@victorstreet Wow, that's a pretty extreme experiment. But I guess, if this really should lead to malnutrition because of missing EAAs, you will recognize it soon enough and start eating other kinds of protein again. And if not, maybe you will get famous 😄
