No output voltage in inverter welding machine|| No display no output voltage|

Dear friends today we will see how to solve no output voltage in inverter welding machine.
All mosfet and diode are ok. we will check ac volt in input of driver transformer. here is no any voltage we found.so the problem is in control card oscillator circuit.and at last we have solved it.
