In this video, I will be talking about Personal Statement as Part (1) and will make another video for Part (2) Study Plan !
🔗I made this video based on my own experiences so it will be focus more on UNIVERSITY track application.
🔗most of the parts are similar to write for both Embassy track applicants and an university track applicants but there are some different points.
📌As you have to choose 3 universities, you can write general about these 3 when it comes to write about “the Reason why you apply this university”.
📌Also, when you want to write about curriculum, you can just take one curriculum among 3 universities as a sample and stick to it. Although there are 3 different uni, the major you choose will be the same so there will be no big difference.
As I focused to talk for only one university as a uni track applicant in the video, you might confuse that part so here I am explaining it.^^

I'm on the same case and I would like to know who do you ask to write the letter of recommendation, teacher from high school or university? In my case, I would like to ask one of my professors from university instead of high school cause all of my high school teachers are retired and couldn't find their contacts at all. I wonder is it okay to ask the professor from university ?😭😭

Actually it is okay to mention if you can tell a good reason why you failed last year and how u don’t give up&apply again^^

It is not necessary to have TOPIK or English proficiency test score but you will surely get plus point if you have one or both.

In 13:41, I told about the outline to mention significant experiences , but as I mentioned it at the first part of my essay, I didn’t write it again and add some info about my interest upon Korea. So, I am not clear about your question.

btw can u pls explain me if SOP and study plan is the same or not. As I looked through the application form, I could only find the study plan and not SOP.
@@yujayla02 now I’m clear what u want to ask^^ It’s up to you. If you want to write details about your language study plan in study plan, it’s okay to not write in Ps ^^
For 2nd question, GKS application only asks for Study Plan so you don’t need to write SOP. In my opinion, SOP is about your purpose of applying to your university and major. For GKS Study plan, you have to include and write as the given outlines:)

@@고가GB 답장이 늦었지만 늦게라도 답장드릴게요. 제가 알기로는 항상 공식적으로 에세이를 쓸 때에는 ㄴ/는다 형식으로 써야 합니다 ^^.제가 대학교 재학중이라 확실하게 말할 수 있는 것은 학교 수업들에 레포트 작성이나 에세이 작성도 그렇게만 하고 있습니다. 참고할 수 있게 답장해 드립니다^^
Hello , I had a question did the University track for spring 2023 already passed ? Because I couldn't find any information regarding 부산대's university track except for one that was from september 2021 , I am afraid I might have missed my chance to get the scholarship now ㅠㅠ
If you are asking for GKS University track, it hasn’t passed yet! They will call next month , usually around the mid of September ^^

Heyy I too wanna apply to pnu via University track. My grades are just average tho. Does pnu stress on grades when it comes to selecting their candidates. Can u give me some tips on how to win over pnu?😭❤️ would be a great help
don’t be too stress about the grades ^^ they will judge by looking the whole profile. Writing good essays would be a good help too^^
I will apply Gks undergraduate program this year.But there are 3 universities we have to apply in embassy track.So do i need to write why i choose all of these 3 universities?

Is one of my parents birth certificate enough or should i submit both?!
I think it’s okay to just submit your birth certificate (not your parents’ )
(1) .
I am not getting any transcript from school ... therefore submitting 10,11,12 th class all three marksheet will be fine or not... also do I have to appostille all 3 marksheet or only 12 th marksheet for submission??
(2) . My marksheet has obtained marks /total Marks they follow percentage system but they had not provided percentage on marksheet so should I calculate by myself.
Also it's not cgpa so writing percentage in those columns will work or not .
(3) My school is also not accepting scholaro conversion so submitting top 20% percent certificate is enough or not.
(1) If you don’t get transcript from your school, I think you have to submit all 3 mark sheets and apostille would be needed for 3 sheets.
(2)they accept 100 percentage scale state but if it is not written in your mark sheet, I think it’s better to calculate and titled it as “gpa conversion”, and get seal&stamp from your school for authentication ^^
(3) I think it’s enough

hey my exams are over and I'm currently writing my sop. I wanna ask that is it okay to mention the relations between my country and Korea in SOP like I want to pursue computer science engineering in Korea because companies like Samsung and Hyundai are pretty much popular in India in technologies and getting a chance to work in these companies help both the countries? (It's one point to add)

I think it depends on individual’s preference and also which major you choose. Each uni has its strong point so I couldn’t just tell which one is better ^^

Is it necessary to have ielts, tofel? Because I don't have enough money to give one but I have volunteering certificates.Do you also have English test score? Hoping for a reply.
If it’s not okay for you to take IELTS or TOFEL, you can show your English proficiency somehow (like some certificates relating with English, and free online English level test from BC and Ef Set, you can search on Google for these tests).
For me, I had TOEIC score & Duolingo. I think TOEIC is kinda affordable compared with IELTS so you can try this one too if it is available in your country. Also, most Korean universities accept TOEIC as a proof of language proficiency :)
