- In this video I show you how to make a clever little rolling paper theatre.
You draw out a story on a sheet of paper and roll it in the theatre. This is a nice little story telling project. And I give you everything you need including the script layout and the storyboard layout.
You need very little to do this project. 1 sheet of foamboard (or a cardboard box), a knife, glue, a round pencil and some printer paper.

I think they typically call it a story board when in pre-production for movies and tv shows to tell the story in each scene before filming it so the production team, and actors get a feel for how they should play the parts. I think I'd call this a "moving story board" or "rolling story board".
Thanks, I was thinking I could somehow work the word "Scroll" into it somehow.. Seems to make sense.

If you didn't glue in the top, you could make a version where you could drop in new story scrolls. I think I'm going to try to make a version like that.
