  • Qi Xing Quan is a representative style of Shaolin Kung Fu with rich content, a long history and unique attributes. It is one of the most popular and widespread routines today in the Shaolin Temple area.
Qi Xing Quan translates to "Seven Star Fist", referring to the stars of the Big Dipper constellation as imitated in the weaving footwork pattern of this set. The form is nimble, diverse and fierce in character, containing the principles of opening and closing, shrinking the body and moving like lightning. The body method of this form is defined as natural and ingenious, with the hands, eyes, steps, body and intention all integrated during practice.
