My first major flight was out of here to Fort Lauderdale Florida. This video brings back those memories. Midway will always have a place in my heart. I hope I can fly out of there this summer to DC. Once again wonderful video and I can't wait to see the next one!

I like seeing the planes from Midway. Next year I would like to fly from Chicago to Cleveland in May and Chicago to ST Louis around June or July and San Diego August or September. I will be so HAPPY if we all go back to San Diego by the ocean like we did the last two years. We were actually talking about it again that we will most likely do that going back next year and if we get the same Condo a block from the ocean that will be twice as exciting.

ITs always cool when we start hearing the motors kicking in. But another cool thing is that I remember when we were waiting to fly back to Chicago from Cleveland the plane kept swaying back and fourth which was cool and the guy on the isle seat said to me who is a frequent flyer that it was the wind. And then when we were at the gate ready to fly from San Diego to Chicago in August we were on a 737-700 that looked older and the plane was making weird sounds when we were at the gate that I caught in my video and I was guessing the older planes make that sound when they are filling up the engines or whatever they were doing to the plane.
***** planes are good at making weird noises ;)
yeah but these sounds I never heard before it was several minutes before the plane backed out to leave the gate:)

I remember when American used to fly out of Midway. I wonder what happened.
+Gd Snuff Southwest kicked them out. Delta is still strong enough they don't care how the MDW-ATL route performs. They war with each other in ATL too :D

At 21:52 I like the Porter and it looked like the plane that was in the back of my video last year when I was recording my plane at gate 14 and sure enough I looked and saw the Porter in the background of my video but its not a great shot of it and only last maybe 6 seconds.

You got good footage of the Porter I only have it in the background of my video but I remember back then when I saw it in my video I was thinking the plane is so cute and I wished I would of filmed it when I was at the gate filming my plane. The glimps I caught of it would be in my 2014 video of Chicago to San Diego. It would be the one where I stuck all the videos together so its a long video.
I posted my sisters video...she was doing clips of the take off and landing and I put the clips together and I realize hers is 7 minutes long and mine is 20 minutes long but mine is buried in my videos since I posted mine back in September and she let me post hers today. Her Galaxy doesn't pick up good at night time but my camera is good at night. I also especially wanted to say that it use to take me hours to post videos like a 7 minute video could take an hour and a half but every since my Comcast box was replaced with a updated one it only takes minutes to post a video instead of over an hour. Like my sisters 7 minute video only took 3 minutes to post. My brother said my computer is a lot faster now. My computer is a year old but I got a new Comcast box.

25 Minutes of excellent Plane Spotting at Midway! :-) Really great as always Jay this time on the SouthWest, Porter and Delta Domestic flights. That puff of smoke was the 737 revving up for flight. Next Week All Nippon Airways starts 787-9 flights to Sydney.
