btw this recipe is originally Iranian, the name “Yakhni pulao” is Persian 🇮🇷 my Iranian grandmother and my mother always make it especially in winter and they add potato and carrot. I just love how India is influenced by Persia and it shows in the food, art and architecture, music and vocabularies!
