Pumpkin Roll Recipe

👩🏻‍🍳 PUMPKIN ROLL
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
👩🏻‍🍳 CREAM CHEESE FILLING
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Bake cake at 375F or 190C for 15 minutes.
