How about a simple and light summer lunch? These delicious, sweet and savory veggies hand rolls are relatively easy to make. This is a vegan hand rolls, packed with what ever fresh veggies you have on hand. I also made a really easy and healthy vegan FURIKAKE. It’s a Japanese seasoning, best serve with temaki. The ones I used in this rolls were cucumbers, carrots, capsicums, mango and shiso leafs. I hope you love this recipe.

Recipe:
1 cup uncooked sushi rice
5 sheets sushi nori(seaweed), cut into half
1 medium cucumber
1 medium carrots
1 medium capsicum
1 mango
10 shiso leafs
Vinegar mixture:
4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
