Love that movie too. I remember my dad saw it first and said they looked like teddy bears 😅. Almost ruined it for me but I went to see it for myself and loved it.
Frankenstein is getting a lot more attention in the upcoming years, which I’m super excited for, but I’d also love to see a Jekyll and Hyde movie through a modern lens
Oh I always respect James Wan and Leigh Whannel. They started the SAW franchise and everyone loves Leigh’s character in SAW. I’m happy for both James Wan and Leigh. They inspired me to editing films
Leigh Whannel. From Adam in Saw to directing Upgrade to directing The Invisible Man to now directing The Wolf Man. It's quite impressive that he's evolved so much from his days working with James Wan.
As a huge fan of Leigh Whannel's work I'm pretty damn sure I'm gonna like this movie. I love that they're taking the route of David Cronenberg's The Fly. Cant wait to check out this movie.
Although not to big on the redesign of Wolfie, I’m still super excited to see this movie. I’ve been a fan of the classic monsters ever since I was little. And the Wolf Man was always a favorite. I actually have a soft spot for the 2010 remake. I’m actually ok with this new one being a simple story with not a high body count. I don’t need my horror movies to be overly bloody to be enjoyable. Sometimes less is more. But I’m super excited to see this. It’s just another Wolf man variant, putting it in Multiverse terms lol.
I have been getting SO MANY damn ads for this movie on UA-cam this whole month so far! Like why!? Barely any other movie ads at all just Wolfman! That's it!
@Nerdtendo6366 fair enough and I'm being honest, I just keep getting so many damn ads for this movie, most of them I can't even skip which is dumb! Like UA-cam, I ain't gonna go watch some movie called Wolfman, probably not even gonna be that good anyway!
@zanerinsane1574 no trust me, I've watched UA-cam For years and the entire month each day, and through 15 days of this month alone I've seen so many damn ads for Wolfman and I hate it! I'm not even watching movies, just normal UA-cam videos like this and I keep getting these stupid ads! It's driving me insane TwT
Just a thought, but instead of feeling a movie, why don't you watch and think about it. Two different words can lead to two different outcomes. What you "feel" and what you "think" are rarely ever the same thing. Again, just a thought.
I was hoping you would enjoy this movie a bit more but it is what it is I will be checking out this movie when it comes out on digital I always love your videos brings a smile to my face every time I see one of your videos keep up the amazing work also when are you going to review Peter Pan in Nightmareland I want to see your opinion on that film and it's not just put the review on the clips Channel lol ❤
@ajnunez8788 As legend goes there was once another Wolf Man. A Wolf Man who uses his wolf like abilities to kiss the girls, surf in top of vans, and wipe the floor with the rival schools high school basketball team. Peak cinema. Treat yourself.
@ajnunez8788 totally understand as long as he doesn't kill his friend and then talk to his corpse as he slowly descents into a mental breakdown I'm good with it😂
That whole situation about Halloween Horror Nights was definitely Universal's fault because they didn't ask the director and makeup effects artist permission to unveil it at the event. They were pretty annoyed by it.
My biggest thing with this is we do not get werewolf movies a lot, barley ever actually not from studios anyway and never taken seriously, and when they finally do it they don’t even commit to it and make it a disease where it’s not even really a werewolf. Gunger snaps did it this way and done it so effectively where the change is slow till finally you have a werewolf not just a guy with claws and teeth. If your going to do a werewolf movie just comit and make it a monster, 7 ft bipedal hairy monster, you can do so many creative things with it
You also missed the first look at the mickey mouse in Screamboat. But you also haven't done a review on Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare if it's even come out where you are.
Always a good upload I can’t wait for you to review Norsferatu that movie was Terrible and I left feeling disappointed with Bill Skarsgard since his brother portrayed a vampire in true blood , I can’t wait to watch the Wolf man Kinda sounds like another movie called the bite about a girl who transformed into a unknown bug after being bit by one , Awesome video
It's mainly because I don't like horror movies but I really like the Lon Chaney Jr Wolf Man movies. The Wolf Man is my favorite Universal Monster because, other than being really cool, he is one of the few Universal Monsters who doesn't want to be a monster which causes a Bruce Banner-Hulk type of scenario. Also, because the Universal Monster movies didn't have Van Helsing in them, Larry Talbot would basically be the Van Helsing figure trying to stop Frankenstein and Dracula in those movies (but my favorite Universal Monster movie is Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein so what do I know).
I'm a massive werewolf movie nerd....when this was announced I was excited....then I saw that universal studios guy and that design was awful...this review just confirms for me that it doesn't deserve my money ...will wait for streaming but that design is gonna be hard to get over
Wolfman was the movie I was most excited for until I found out it's basically just 3 people and hardly any victims. A wolfman movie should have at least 3 or 4 deaths to be good cause otherwise it's just a suspense story and who wants to see a wolfman that doesn't resemble a wolf. I think Benicio del Toros wolfman was one of the best wolfman movies in yrs and had the atmosphere of the old Universal monster movies. It has it's problems but is still one of my favorites
remember, if they're posting their "best clips" online before the movie comes out, its probably gonna turn out to be a meh to a stinker. venom did the same thing with the "mask, copy" scene and imo venom was meh. Still wanna see this movie to get a proper opinion tho
Exactly. There are many Werewolves but only one Wolf Man and that's Larry Talbot. You call it The Wolf Man, it better have Larry Talbot in it. He is to Werewolves what Count Dracula is to Vampires. Blumhouse failed the universal monsters. Leigh Whannell ain't it.
This production gave off matt reeves batman vibes. It sounds like universal had a desire to do this after invisible man. But werent maybe keen on the script? So they got Gosling and a director he worked with which they later departed but than fast tracked this after getting leigh back. He had his script and everything. I have a mutual acquaintance that was the mold supervisor for this film and over the course of the year he tried to assure me things were good but it seems all that is good is the USE of practical applications for the wolfman but the design? Still is kinda ass lol
The Invisible Man "method reveal" was one of the most disappointing moments in modern horror for me. I was truly hyped for a bit of the supernatural with him figuring out a way to become a ghost after death...or even just astral project (976-EVIL vibes!). Leigh and Wan are both better when they're sticking to subversion and a bit if that indie feel. These Hollywood monster movies are not what they should be doing.
Honestly I didn’t like the invisible man, in general I just hate the modern adaptations idea, I would absolutely love if they made a classic monster universe..without the tech like set them in the 1800’s or something, like Robert Eggers Nosferatu.
2010 wolfman is my guilty pleasure
Love that movie
Love that movie too. I remember my dad saw it first and said they looked like teddy bears 😅. Almost ruined it for me but I went to see it for myself and loved it.
Amazing movie, period
Why guilty? It's a good movie.
And the uncut version is even better
Always a good day when 3C drops
I like my Wolf Man to carry a cane & stalk chipmunks
I understood that reference!☝🏼
Yep me too!
We need more classic monster movies
Yes we do
Which character would you like to see get a movie next?
Phantom of the opera

The monsterverse🐺👻👹🧟♂️
revealing the transformation in a separate video has to be one of the worst ideas you could possibly have for a film like this...
I kinda understand you but it's a barley one minute clips it does not show the whole thing... I doubt that's all that happens

He did insidious 3 as well
We never got a Nosferatu review Chris smh lol
Movie is garbage that’s why
@@Josiahx.o alot of people thought it was good
Movie was not garbage it was good af just didn’t really have that horror element people wanted

Daredevil trailer dropped better get to it Chris
He'll drop it during the week let the man do his job
Nah Cris take your time. Don’t rush to get something out.
@ that's what I'm saying
So excited to go see this. I will take any iteration of the universal monsters whenever I can tbh.

Why'd they drop the "The" in the title? Now it's totally detached from the Universal original.
Thry didn't come out with a popcorn bucket for this movie???

I really don't have any expectations for this at all, whenever you spoil the transformation of the wolfman,it's a really bad sign
I'm excited to see this movie. I like how they only give you parts of the look of the Wolfman. The trailer sold me with giving me small parts.
You can be as unique as you want just keep the werewolf design as a werewolf. Not whatever this is

Yo 3c nice review
The director wanted to make the movie The Fly with Jeff Goldblum but not actually remake that movie. Hence why this is a slow burn infection movie.
Are you making a peter pan neverland nightmare review
I hope that you also make a Dog Man review; the other movie coming out this month about a canine-human hybrid.
A ton a people walked out on this movie. Shocked to hear it wasnt that bad because I see a bunch of hate for it.
Now I have to hope its on a streaming channel I have to see it
