There's several instances of time travel in Power Rangers starting with MMPR. Kimberly went back in time by herself once, the whole team went back in time to colonial times, the introduction of a clone Tommy to the time line also may have also cause splits in the time line. When Aisha went to Africa to look for a shard of the Zeo crystal Tanya came back in her place. It was like she was never there and Tanya had always been there. I do think this theory could also be the first "split" since the Q Rex accidentally ended up in pre historic times while the dinosaurs were still alive. So yeah, technically they could have caused the first split in alternate universes due to their interactions in pre historic times and every time manipulation since then starting with MMPR created another timeline. But I don't think Time Force would "cut off" a timeline and let it happen. I think that they only protect the main timeline and any timeline not connected to the main one falls to wayside because they're not monitoring them.
It's known, that only RPM and Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge are in different dimensions. Actually there are three dimensions in Power Rangers, plus the dimensions for deceased monsters, the Cyber Dimension and the Crystal Dimension. You can read this in the Power Rangers Wiki. It's just not known, in which year Beast Morphers takes place. The Dino Charge Rangers, Jason, Dr. K, Colonal Mason Truman and others appeared there. This theory is most likely true: Beast Morphers plays in the year 2019-2021.

I have a theory Zordon, Rita, Goldar, Ninjor etc. we’re from the far future (63rd-97nd century), which is why they have technology like power crystals and Morphers and stuff and everyone evolve and adapted to breathe in space, forgot what a human is and moved to space, which is why they say “we need to protect the humans” or “let’s destroy the humans” They went back in time (Late Cambrian-Early Dinosaurs ages) and caused Power Rangers to happen. Which is why the aliens are 10,000+ years old while looking human-like, despite humans first evolving only 200,000 years ago and why Morphers (seriously, they’re like remotes but instead of changing the channel you change your clothes) exist in 1993.
Theory makes sense for the most part, but speaking of time force I think a video explaining how Alex tell the other time force rangers that west doesn't survive the final battle doesn't immediately erase alex from existence. I don't think the timeline split work in this accusation because it's under a paradox branch.
Alex is Wes’s clone. The odds of a descendent having an exact dna match is beyond extremely unlikely. Time force rangers, time force officers and other defenders are clearly clones of past heroes and heroines. There was some kind of nearly world ending event. They used mass cloning to repopulate the planet quickly. Had Edd not been fired from RPM impart due to the ranger crew fandom attacking him, it’s vary possible Venjix would of been that event. Time travel used than in that series to stop stop the event. Which would of caused rpm to be split into it’s own universe with time force being it’s future.

Multiverse and alternative timeline are 2 different things. You can't create a multiverse with time travel only change the time line. Multiplveres best explained by dc which is different entire universe that can't be effected by timeline change and our infinite. In power rangers in the coinless universe is its own entire universe. Different rangers, different rita it exists regardless to what happens in the main power rangers time line. Time force and Legends are their to protect the time line, to make sure other time travel don't undo change, flash point is an example of a timeline change. Flash goes back to save his mum, so when flash is return to the present. All the events between saving his mum and now are Completely different that he remembers living because he was outside of time. This lead to him no longer being then flash, he had no speed force. Bruce Wayne was the one who was killed in the alley his parents lived his father became batman his mother was driven insane by the events and became the joker. Time Force's version of time travel doesn't create branch/Alternate timelines (like in Endgame)..... instead it's the concept of *one* Timeline that is altered based on changes made. This was referenced in multiple TF eps like "Future Unknown" and "Fight Against Fate" 😎

When did the show say that's how it worked? The closest thing we've seen of either side being proved is in the comics, where they clearly go with branched timelines given that the coinless universe was pretty much created as a result of that the main timeline had Tommy became good, so qnother timeline in which he didn't came into existence.

as a sci-fiction fan and a power ranger fan, no we're not confused but there are some just refused to accept beta sources as canon. Temporal causality is a 'itch of a subject, but I can't be the only one who understands how temporal mechanics work in fiction. Kimberly gets sent back, she makes herself known to Zordon, he becomes aware of future events and doubles his efforts to protect the earth, this leads to the 1969 team. The Blue Senturion comes from the future (late SPD era early Timeforce era) to warn of the evil cabal, the evil cabal intercepts the message, and strikes early, changing timelines, causing the invasion to happen 2 years in advance, making the future events of Tommy and Kat telling their grandchildren a Christmas bedtime story no longer true, but we do still get TomKat being an item and having JJ, unless Zordon of Eltar is revived at some point, it won't happen exactly the same way. Evil Clone Tom Oliver goes back in time and becomes the progenitor of Tommy's bloodline most likely the grandfather or father of The White Stranger. I've always seen MMPR: The Movie (1995) as a parallel universe, same with Saban's Power Rangers (2017) and that the JDF and AJJ cameos at the end are actually MMPR: The Movie Tommy and Kimberly hopping universes sent to recruit ranger teams in the war against Lord Drakkon (or Draven if not both). Tommy's escape pod gets flung around the time-vortex and gets spit out in the distant past on a strange alien planet, in a flash of Brilliant light and a thunder-clap in a cloudless sky, the pod crashlands Tommy is badly hurt huge holes in his memory including his own name, the winds of time having scared his body, and forever left tented blue. the peoples of this planet see these signs of a thunderbolt and thunderclap as their foretold savor, a Grand Wizard that is said to come from beyond the stars, The Zordon on a bolt of lightning on a cloudless day, This planet if of course is Eltar, over the decades Zordon of Eltar becomes a true leader, wise. the exposer to the time-vortex has granted him an extended life... In 1993 when Jason frees Tommy from the evil spell, and he joins the other Rangers, Zordon mentions that the prophecy of the Dragon ranger joining the fold of the other rangers has been fulfilled. It would explain nicely how Zordon knew so much about monsters and actions going on by Rita and Zedd that they had created on the spot, not all their monsters came from Rita's / Finster's books, and yet Zordon in almost every episode had the wiki pulled up, and when he didn't seem to know all the ins and outs, he was cryptic and vague like he did know more, but wanted the rangers to make their own choices.
2 big problems woth this theory 1. Power rangers would never recklessly alow a universe where every life is put in danger even if it is a pocket universe 2. Vengex has proven he can travel between universes. The time force originates after vengex came to thier universe so in doing so if they created a pocket universe where he was allowed full power they would kbowly allow this version to come to thier universe

Originally, Power Rangers SPD is set in the main continuity, but set in 2025. Time will tell whether or not the events of SPD will be retconned out of the main continuity and became an alternate universe of its own.

My guess as far as timelines go is The Main Timeline- MMPR and everything but Dino Charge/RPM. Only the Red Time Force morpher was used and available in early SPD so they based future suits out of previous teams- eventually fully making their own. Eventually turning into Time Force and coming full circle. Eric isn’t giving his up to anyone else though so probably only his own family have Quantum Power. Everything else is just different dimensions. Pretty sure in Shattered Grid, the team went to a different dimension to help the RPM team. Just like Drakkon is from another dimension/timeline

Yes. However, the Q-rex was accidentally sent to pre historic times. That could have caused the 1st "split". I don't think there has been any other instance where the Rangers went further back past that. The other instances in MMPR and other series like Ninja Storm where came went into the past, or in Samurai(?) or Megaforce(?) where the bad guys brought the alien samurai from fudel Japan to fight the Rangers. All these could have caused "splits" in the timeline.
Time force goes back to 2000 chasing the big bad, that leads to the creation of the silver guardians, then they go home, wes, now with the silver guardians, meet and eventually join with lights speed rescue, then thanks to in space, and lost galaxy, Doggie flees and comes to earth, bringing with him SPD and the joined organizations become earth's spd hq, their scientists start working on genetics, leading to the powers we see in spd, and a relative of Wes takes over as the red ranger, as it's genetically locked, to a degree, and he becomes sky's father, they reverse engineer the morpher to learn how to make more, and access the grid to make their own rangers, eventually leading to the events of the show, some time later, spd will start working on time travel, witch leads to the omega ranger from the future getting stuck in his ranger form, or as a ball of energy, after done undisclosed time frame, time travel becomes the main focus of earth's branch of spd, and it eventually evolves into time force, and the cycle starts over.... That's my idea at least

Temporal causality is a 'itch of a subject, but I can't be the only one who understands how temporal mechanics work in fiction. Kimberly gets sent back, she makes herself known to Zordon, he becomes aware of future events and doubles his efforts to protect the earth, this leads to the 1969 team. The Blue Senturion comes from the future (late SPD era early Timeforce era) to warn of the evil cabal, the evil cabal intercepts the message, and strikes early, changing timelines, causing the invasion to happen 2 years in advance, making the future events of Tommy and Kat telling their grandchildren a Christmas bedtime story no longer true, but we do still get TomKat being an item and having JJ, unless Zordon of Eltar is revived at some point, it won't happen exactly the same way. Evil Clone Tom Oliver goes back in time and becomes the progenitor of Tommy's bloodline most likely the grandfather or father of The White Stranger. I've always seen MMPR: The Movie (1995) as a parallel universe, same with Saban's Power Rangers (2017) and that the JDF and AJJ cameos at the end are actually MMPR: The Movie Tommy and Kimberly hopping universes sent to recruit ranger teams in the war against Lord Drakkon (or Draven if not both).
Time force going back in time further fractured the Morphin Grid leading to the multiverse, the introduction of the Q-Rex tech changes the tech landscape leading to the same public advancements we saw with Project Lightspeed using salvaged ranger tech. every choice every path not taken changes things. if I ate bacon this morning instead of sausage, who knows what would be. In 1993 when Jason frees Tommy from the evil spell, and he joins the other Rangers, Zordon mentions that the prophecy of the Dragon ranger joining the fold of the other rangers has been fulfilled. It would explain nicely how Zordon knew so much about monsters and actions going on by Rita and Zedd that they had created on the spot, not all their monsters came from Rita's / Finster's books, and yet Zordon in almost every episode had the wiki pulled up, and when he didn't seem to know all the ins and outs, he was cryptic and vague like he did know more, but wanted the rangers to make their own choices.
What about between 2005 and 2006? Dino Thunder stopped and SPD happens in 2025 with Mystic Force in 2006.

2 big problems woth this theory
1. Power rangers would never recklessly alow a universe where every life is put in danger even if it is a pocket universe
2. Vengex has proven he can travel between universes. The time force originates after vengex came to thier universe so in doing so if they created a pocket universe where he was allowed full power they would kbowly allow this version to come to thier universe

Originally, Power Rangers SPD is set in the main continuity, but set in 2025. Time will tell whether or not the events of SPD will be retconned out of the main continuity and became an alternate universe of its own.
But the team ups with dino thunder was time travel and bridge time traveled in once a ranger.

My guess as far as timelines go is
The Main Timeline- MMPR and everything but Dino Charge/RPM. Only the Red Time Force morpher was used and available in early SPD so they based future suits out of previous teams- eventually fully making their own. Eventually turning into Time Force and coming full circle.
Eric isn’t giving his up to anyone else though so probably only his own family have Quantum Power.
Everything else is just different dimensions. Pretty sure in Shattered Grid, the team went to a different dimension to help the RPM team. Just like Drakkon is from another dimension/timeline

If they did a paradox would be created where zordon wouldn't have created the original team and the power rangers legacy wouldn't exist so the TF wouldn't exist either so in doing so this paradox of evil existing and the power rangers existing then stopping the evil so the power rangers not existing would basically cause the universe to implode

Yes. However, the Q-rex was accidentally sent to pre historic times. That could have caused the 1st "split". I don't think there has been any other instance where the Rangers went further back past that. The other instances in MMPR and other series like Ninja Storm where came went into the past, or in Samurai(?) or Megaforce(?) where the bad guys brought the alien samurai from fudel Japan to fight the Rangers. All these could have caused "splits" in the timeline.

Time force goes back to 2000 chasing the big bad, that leads to the creation of the silver guardians, then they go home, wes, now with the silver guardians, meet and eventually join with lights speed rescue, then thanks to in space, and lost galaxy, Doggie flees and comes to earth, bringing with him SPD and the joined organizations become earth's spd hq, their scientists start working on genetics, leading to the powers we see in spd, and a relative of Wes takes over as the red ranger, as it's genetically locked, to a degree, and he becomes sky's father, they reverse engineer the morpher to learn how to make more, and access the grid to make their own rangers, eventually leading to the events of the show, some time later, spd will start working on time travel, witch leads to the omega ranger from the future getting stuck in his ranger form, or as a ball of energy, after done undisclosed time frame, time travel becomes the main focus of earth's branch of spd, and it eventually evolves into time force, and the cycle starts over.... That's my idea at least
