I love Miya twins because they show how Kageyama and Hinata would be if they played with each other since they were little. Actually, Hinata and Kageyama are in a very close level to the twins and they have been playing together for only a couple of months, that's actually crazy

That kinda remind me of when Coach Ukai first met Hinata and Kageyama he asks Takeda if they’ve known each other for a long time. When he learns how they just started playing together in high school he says something along the line of “how cruel” since they could’ve been so much more had they met and become teammates earlier.

✨ Hinata reminding everyone that he's the main character. In the manga, it was also unexpected. Imagine my hype when our ball boy was able to receive not only properly but getting a SUPER RECEIVE from the tricks of the other team. Like what Nishinoya said, it keeps the audience hyping when you get a super receive from an awesome play. The animation is so good too. 💕
✨ FUN FACT: Team Japan often use the Miya twins' 2 sets + spike on their plays both in VNL and the Olympics (by the trio Captain Yuki, Left-handed spiker Nishida, and Ran my loves) That trick is RARELY use from competitions since it needs good coordination from the team. You guys should watch the highlights of their game in your own personal time if you're interested. They're really good. ALSO! When the Olympics was held in Tokyo, lots of Haikyu songs were played during volleyball matches specially during Japan's play against the other countries. It was sooooo fucking hyped. It literally raises their morale. Even the other volleyball players from other countries get so hyped when those songs were played. haha good times. 💕

even more fun fact: that move is Ngapeth's (French national vball team), and Yuki (Japanese national team captain) learned it when they played together in Italy. Japan uses it A LOT when they play, too much IMO, but it's become a good decoy for them when they decide to hit on 2.

edit: adding to this, the part where Aran says the greatest gift Atsumu has wasnt his physique or talent, but was his twin brother Osamu himself, never fails to make me so emo. 😢 With his terrible personality, Atsumu really couldve had a similar, or even worse situation Kageyama had back in junior high. But he had Osamu, a rival that could push him to improve to where he is now, and a brother to pull him back in when his peers start to leave him out... 😢 ❤️ It's wild to think that Osamu wasnt supposed to exist at first. Furudate-sensei wrote him in bc he didnt want Atsumu to be alone 😭

Everyone on karasuno was shook on that quick, by the twins, was because the twins switched the positions and pulled it off ..meaning the more talented of the brother who was pulling it off the insane kageyma-hinata set did not do it this time but the other one did...

The insane part about the twins is that they can carelessly switch roles with each other, both are near perfect at spiking and setting. Imagine if kageyama and hinata tried that🤣even tho you dont like them, you have to respect how good they are
I mean they are both great at spiking and setting but near perfect is just an exaggeration
haikyuu really does make you tense up. on that hype moment, they all went from slouching to sitting up straight with all the tension from the scene
its kinda crazy how many topics i want to touch on just these two episodes alone, like Hinata's perfect receive, him uplifting the team's spirits back up after failing that last rally, Nishinoya and Kinoshita cheering each other on!!, THAT DOUBLE SET FROM MIYA TWINS PLUS ARAN SPIKE!!, The crowds going wild during the whole rally!! AKAGI'S (inarizaki libero) INSANE RECEIVES, Osamu with his analogy at the end!!! I could go on but i might get labelled as a bot so LMAO anw i love haikyuu ❤
Aaaaahhhhh guy's I dont think you guys realize how amazing that atsumu to osamu to aran set really is. Especially when you see it used by the pro volleyball players. I hope you guys get a chance to see some of the clips by Japanese national team.

Tbh what i love about Haikyuu is that every team is lovable, sure you might not like them a lot but they’re portrayed so well and you really can’t hate any of them and they’re not portrayed as some Evil teams or whatever like some other animes and that’s something i really don’t like especially in sports animes like you can make a good rivalry and competition between them without using these tropes and i think that’s why Haikyuu is loved by a lot of people especially athletes and volleyball players. It feels so real and friendly. Haikyuu has a special place in my heart tbh. Also i love the twins so much and tbh i love all teams and characters, i used to dislike Oikawa just because of his personality but i found myself loving him as i grew up and understood that he's basically a teenager and i think people often forget that all these characters are teenagers and high school guys. But Hinata will always be my favorite character, our precious tangerine who deserves everything.

I feel like people don’t really understand how amazing this play was. The twins did a reverse quick, so not only was it an insanely difficult move that requires timing, positioning, and crazy amounts of teamwork and coordination.
They also pulled it off their first try in the final set of a match. They just did the equivalent of kagayama and hinata’s quick but if hinata was the one who set the ball.

I hope you can see the big differences between Atsumu, Oikawa, and Kageyama. They all have incredible skills as setters and are highly competitive, which sometimes causes issues with their teammates. But Atsumu had Osamu, Oikawa had Iwaizumi, but Kageyama? He had no one by his side to support him. That’s one of the biggest reasons why he became the ‘King of the Court.’ When he became the ‘King,’ everyone abandoned him. After realizing that, I really feel sorry for Kageyama😔

On other topics Inarizaki is such a likeable team, they have that protagonist team aura. If Oikawa is my #1 character pick in case there's spin-off, Inarizaki is my #1 team pick
I was sad to think that you guys were ending Haikyuu, but I saw that you were continuing with Mob phycho 100 and I couldn't be happier. It's another one of my favorite animes of all time, I think that like Haikyuu it is an anime made with a lot of love and I think that makes it so special❤

During my first watch when their was no announcement about next movie or season not even a single time i thought that they have no chance of winning against miya twins you guys didn’t understand that they are playing against the previous national runner up and it was just a miracle that they in their first attempt able to beat shiritorizawa right now they are in nationals hinata and kageyma uplift the level of their gameplay but still they are in developing face winning against was kind of a miracle. I hate the fact that already know about the movie thats why you are so sure about their winning.

The hunger theme is present throughout all of haikyuu, I’ve commented about it in season 1. The hunger for victory, for betterment in this match is intensely explained by osamus love for food in contrast to hinatas hunger for volleyball.
its funny how in denial and hate he was there with the twins that he didn't want to watch and read the amaizing monologue from Osamu about Hinata and Karasuno at the end
Hinata's receive is my absolute favorite moment in the entire series. Goosebumps and tears every single time! The payoff of the ball boy arc is so damn satisfying and emotional. And then, when Hinata lifts everyone up from the brink of total devastation...🥹😭 He is the purest, most precious beam of sunshine that ever did shine and must be protected at all cost!!
The twins are highly entertaining if nothing else. I, myself, am an Osamu girly.

Thanks for the Osamu appreciation!! He's kind of an underrated character who's often being overshadowed by his freak of a twin. He's not flashy and crazy as Atsumu but he has a great personality, so he deserves all the love 🤧

Watching Hinata's ball boy arc is amazing and now is the moment you see the results and realise just how much goes unnoticed in the story.

I love both these episodes a lot, Noya's backstory and him finally getting an overhand receive, plus Kinnoshita being the one to tell him to move up. Then Hinata's receive is such an amazing payoff of this whole season and his cheerful attitude being what brings everyone out of their despair. It's all just so good!

21:01 Osamu is underrated
These 2 episodes are so good, one of their best for sure.
1-) Atsumu- Osamu dynamic: The twins are so interesting to me. Twins are so close in every way but still there are nuances. Osamu has all the natural talent and work ethic of a good volleyball player but he is content with who he is. He is working hard, doing his job, enjoying the sport and going home. Atsumu is the grinder, that can't stand losing. He always pushes Osamu + 1. Thats why he wants to be the setter. He wants to be the guy, can't share with Osamu. Thats why he is the national player while Osamu is not (even though he is probably also close). Atsumu also has better serves which is direct correlation to work you put in to me. The point in message I like is there is no right or wrong in their situation. Osamu is Osamu and Atsumu is Atsumu. You can be a maniac that goes all the way or be content with where you are. And also putting in work will always prevail.
2-)Hinata save: That point was sick! From the build-up, it seems like we are witnessing an amazing rally that builds story for Inarizaki. From their double fake they put Aran in scoring position against 1 blocker. You are expecting Inarizaki point as a viewer with everyone in the anime; fans, coaches, players. Everyone except Hinata. He makes a perfect receive. As Cannon said, he takes all the energy out of the stadium. Its also very fitting he made backflip to take all the energy out of ball as well for the receive. Then point continues and Inarizaki flukes! Its so anti-climatic on surface but its a perfect story choice. If they got the point, it would be about Hinata's receive. But keep in mind, Inarizaki was building moment for 2 episodes. They won't win based on Hinata's receives. They will win around being pumped and completely locked in as a team though. It is perfect writing.

@@clovninie But I have been explaining since the start, I think ever since Yamaguchi's first try, even last episode I said a lot about pinch servers (almost every time a pinch server comes I mak a comment because I see reactors often don't get the role), I just didn't want to sound repetitive and anoying, and even then I explained it a bit after. And I'm sorry if it comes off as critisism, I'm just trying to explain their questions or missinterpretations, since I want them to understan the nuance of the story so that they can enjoy it to the fullest. I always have a hard time with comunicating through writing, because I feel I can't get my feelings across properly, so I end up overexplaining, which gets other people annoyed at that too, so I chose the one that generally gets less people angry. I guess it also doesn't help that english isn't my first language. And if you are also angry with my first comment, it wasn't hate towards them, or reactors or such, I hate the situation that they can't enjoy it without spoilers even though the fandom is so careful with them
