I really enjoyed this interview, the questions were sharp and to the point. I especially resonate with what Jason said about "you can feel a company is VC-backed by how they treat their customers". This came true today with InVision's announcement of closing its design collaboration services. I can tell from a very early stage the company focuses a lot of its energy on podcasts and marketing, not very much on their product.
