Seriously, my college costs about the same as one of these things. Growing up, we had a swing set with a slide and a treehouse my dad built that was maybe about 8'x10'

the_horse_vlogger my dad does custom houses for $10 or more. Just by using wood and some plastic and ropes. It's small though but it's fun.
