Talk about Marvel and DC disrespecting Islam
Muslims first and foremost need to respect Islam. There are too many Muslims doing bida and ignoring Quran. Sahabas who we are told to follow also had manhaj or methods to build properly and efficiently & priorities to gain more than we lose each step.
3:10 This is from ova, not from the main anime, which have added many things that were not in the original manga. Plus, though this character is a villian, he is very philosophical and is shown to be very obsessed with the concept of heaven and is potrayed to be very eager to reach there.
I don't this was to link evil wilh islam rather, I interpret this scene as his constant search for ways to reaching heaven.
Fyi, this ova was stopped because of this scene and is actually available only on youtube, unofficially uploaded.
They think they are disrespecting Islam by this but they do the half of the Dawah. They plan but Allah is the best planner.
heres something prophet muhammed actually said "who ever lies about me deliberately, they should prepare where they're gonna sit in the hell fire"
This includes Muslims
source?
*deliberately, the hadith says who ever lies about him deliberately, sometimes people might understand wrong or look to them different or might fail to remember correctly, so this should be made clear.

@@haq248 They show Muslims as evil and shoot anyone who isn't Arab and Muslim. Which is not true at all
It's not the same when we get insulted and people lie vs when someone try to be on our side and lie.
It is easier for a "positive" persons lie to slip under the radar. No one takes South Park seriously because they depict Muhammad s.a.w and slander us while there are kids that could be influenced by that netflix quote since it is disguised as truth.
Why do they feel like including Islam in these things anyways?
They try their best to normalize disrespecting Islam by drawing disrespectful cartoons and using islam in video games just to get the Muslim Youth to be accustomed to such imagery and not take offence to it, which of course will lead them to not have any jealousy towards the religion and not defend it when it's under attack

The weird thing about the JoJo scene is that the scene doesn't exist in the manga (the source material) so not only they deviated from the source material, they purposely put this extra scene for no apparent reason.
And because of that, the magazine stopped it's publication and the author had to redraw scenes that depicted destruction of masjids. By the time that was over the OVA series had been permanently cancelled.
That's true
Not true. This is in the manga, and it actually serves as part of a major story arc that happens in part six. Dio was reading books of major religions because he wanted to understand how to make it into heaven. The page he was reading in Ar-Rad says "the life of this world, compared to the Hereafter, is nothing but a fleeting enjoyment." As a Muslim, I am still offended, but Hirohiko Araki at the very least actually read the Quran verse and used it as part of his story rather than just randomly using a Quran as "evil villain reads Quran, how mysterious and evil"

He is a Sufi Muslim and believes in God, but delusionally thinks that emptying Hell is his will, and that Dracula will purify the world, often flogging himself in penance.
Regardless of this fact, this idea for a story would still be considered blasphemous and overall stupid. Assalamu 3alaikum brother, I am a Muslim who very frequently watches anime, so I gotta correct you about a singular statement:
3:15 the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure does have a singular Arab character and the part shown in the clip you provided is based in Egypt; the character's name is Mohammed Avdol, his namesake is after Paula Abdul. However, I would deduce he is probably not a Muslim due to him wearing a Gold chain as well as gold bracelets (which is only portrayed in the version of the anime you displayed in the clip, other versions have him wearing a yellow rock necklace and silver bracelets) and that we are told as Muslim men not to wear Gold in any way. His occupation also debunks the fact that he is Muslim, as he is both a Fortune Teller and Astrologist.

I would like to argue the JoJo scene of DIO reading Quran might actually be a warning to himself as this character is arguably the most "prideful" & "megalomaniac" villain in the series, so the author may be giving a 4th wall breaking message of his eventual demise from the particular Quran verses. But then again, this is purely my optimistic argument based on Author history with a good muslim character "Muhammad Avdol." I also need to check the validity of the scene in comparison of OG source manga.
As for Netflix's Castevania scene. It's definitely a pure ignorance from the show creators & the creators of the show themselves has been proven to be very likely atheists or pagans, making so many mockery on christianity.

Actually, there is a misconception.
The character Dio reading the quran is just learning because he is curious about knowledge as he was residing in egypt rather than being evil because of reading the quran. I have watched the series and saw the manga, so i know it. He studied not only that but many things since he came back after a 100 years and wanted to learn new knowledge while he recovered from his slumber. Good points with the first one but a lot of context missing with the second one.
They were not trying to link Islam with being a villain, that part of the story (Part 3) is about that character (Dio) trying to find a way to achieve heaven while in his castle in Egypt. Also one of the main characters that leads them through Egypt is indeed Muslim (Mohammed Avdol).
I wish show/anime producers who try to show different religions/cultures would look into them first. Supernatural powers from humans or creatures is considered shirk so it doesn’t make sense for a character to be characterized as ‘Muslim’ and have a stand. Stands are based of haram concepts anyways (I don’t remember he specifics but I’m sure it’s online).

Look how they try to sneak in garbage as if they think they're going to sneak in such rubbish and utilize their massive platform to tarnish or criticize Islam but all they're doing is creating havoc on themselves. It's sleazy and disrespectful to say the least and I'm glad that you have centered them out. When garbage like this stuff lm happens they need to be held accountable because it is our children that will be watching and possibly take in this nonsense rubbish. As our brother at SYFETALK has brought to our attention we need to make sure we the parents to our children we need to keep a close keen eye to what type of content we allow our households to take in and watch. These shows and anime are clearly not just for the children but also for more then other types of genre to take in. Clearly they will do and create anything to try to deceive people these days and we need to be at the top of our game in order to have them being accounted for all there sneaky content they deliberately try and show.
Let's ban that show until they change it and apologize.
The Owners of the Manga(Shueisha) have already taken the rights from the animators(A triple P) since 2007.
I can't believe my childhood did this. Time to play Mario instead

3:14 that's false, there are Arabs and Muslims in this anime, and this part of the story takes place in Egypt.
And this is not a Netflix anime, and the Quran wasn't in the original manga nor the remade anime.
This is why we need to make our own entertainment media.
that sure has become mandatory
Muslims should not be wasting leisure time watching non beneficial things. We don’t need entertainment or television shows.
Very disgusting Netflix
Thank you brother. I wish you would Zoom more on the displayed references... Most people watch on mobiles and it's difficult to see the small script

i actually do see brain, and a big one at that. planting small seeds here and there creates a forest in the long run. the things you don't realize right away are the ones making a difference

Good morning brother Syfe, one correction i would make is that in 3:08 DIO (the villain of the story) is reading the Holy Qur'an because the place the scene takes place in is in Egypt which is a Muslim country, and specifically, the place the character DIO was hiding in was a library. The name "DIO" means "GOD" in Italian and him reading the Holy Qur'an wasn't meant to be a insult to Islam but rather learning about the culture and religion of the country he was hiding in for half a year.
thank you for sharing this brother that was on my mind too
The character being called God is bad enough, that alone should make you not watch it
this anime has shirk so i advise you dont watch it. dont make any mistake u dont know what the minds and intention of the writer so it is the best to leave it i like jojo but after this i quit it its not that hard bro worshipping allah swt and pleasing him is better than to watch anime that have bad intention of islam
They removed it in the newer adaptation, it was very disrespectful
@@firavv It does praise God is many ways though, but trying to discuss the religious symbolism of an japanese anime right here is not the right place

Great video
My friends always tell me they watch series on netflix, and I looked like one of those who don't watch them and have no idea about what's jojo's bizarre adventure. Alhamdulillah I don't watch anime.
3:10 This is from ova, not from the main anime, which have added many things that were not in the original manga. Plus, though this character is a villian, he is very philosophical and is shown to be very obsessed with the concept of heaven and is potrayed to be very eager to reach there.
I don't this was to link evil wilh islam rather, I interpret this scene as his constant for ways to reaching heaven.

JoJo's bizarre adventure one was indeed intentional, but it was part of the villain's character, and not Islam. The villain was obsessed with reaching a "power" of heaven, so he reads not only the Qur'an, but every other religious scripture as well. I respect Islam but not everything has to be a direct attack on it. Even in the same season of the series you mentioned you said "No one in the anime is an arab, or atleast a muslim" but one of the main heroes is indeed a man from egypt, and is heavily emphasized to be a muslim by the name of "Muhammed Avdol".
fortune tellers aint muslims
@@PureHanbaliI am fan of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and a Muslim. Never have I ever thought Avdal was a Muslim, dude was a fortune teller/magician. This is totally prohibited if you know anything about Islam. He is just some dude from Egypt with a common Arabic name.

it is unaccaptable for castlevania to promote lies but you seem to have a misunderstanding about jojo bizarre adventure as someone who has enjoyed the anime i must say that perspective on dio the villian reading the quran is a slight misunderstanding since the first part of jojo dio has been shown as a psycotic man who searches for the universal truth as shown in part 6 stone ocean dio reading the quran is not an indication of anti islamic symbolism but rather as him finding the truth of the universe and which the quran undoubtfully has proven to do and to further say about the creator of jojo hirihiko araki he is a man of cultural respect the west holds no respect for muslims but the same can not be said about the east may allah guide us all inshallah @SYFEtalk

Great work on the video! I am a muslim and find a lot of enjoyment from Anime, but I had these 2 anime on my list because of some friends that wanted me to watch them, but I have removed them now. For context, these are not Japanese Anime, but American Anime. I watch Japanese Anime all the time and i have yet to see them bring up religion or disrespect Islam, but of course the 2 American made and owned popular Anime will include this. Not all Japanese anime are good of course either, but that is why you just have to make sure that the anime/video game/movie is halal before you let your kids or yourself enjoy them, as most are not for kids to begin with. At the very least we should read about them. Everyone stay safe and may Allah protect us from hellfire inshallah, Free Palestine 🇵🇸
There are a lot of issues in Japanese anime also. They seek the western viewers and some evil animators getting access in this industry making bad anime. Back in a day animators were hardworkers but nowadays they become more lazy and trying to promote something bad as proud thing. Also they try to bring some dominating character (in most anime domination factor) it's just going out of hand like in those anime become more illogically violent and disrespectful by nothing. The context of those becomes to be a villain and no clarification for none. If the anime got restricted by laws might be no issue ❤

Even by doing this they still fight a losing battle
Stay away from islam, netflix
Who the heck pay netflix service when you have internet. Hhahaha

Can you even explain this?
Anime isn't something where you should look for accuracy. They go all over the place.
Well yeah if people don't show that they are against it that's why Muslims should not be fine with it or they will go beyond
@@K-kiin Don't know if you have watched anime before but they have turned God into big titty anime girl couple of times. Don't worry about them going beyond since its rare when anime uses real life religion further than to push the story further. We might see big titty Muhammad in the future.
@@gandalainsley6467Anime can be set in a completely different fictional world which means there can even be gods, humanoid beings, dragons and things like that.
Jojo for example has a power system called stands which is the physical manifestation of a users fighting spirit which grants them an ability and this stand is gained from surviving a alien virus that fell on earth centuries ago.
