If men were actually "strong" then they would be able to have enough self-control to not sleep around and actually settle down and yes even practice polygamy in marriage but through proper marriage and means.

The one who falls into such error must renew his faith by uttering the Shahaadatayn (twin declaration of faith) and repent sincerely from what he has done. As for the Shahaadatayn, uttering it in the prayer or in the rituals of ‘Umrah is sufficient.
With regard to repentance, it is essential to repent sincerely and specifically from that great evil.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever speaks a word of kufr, even in jest, has disbelieved. He must repent and must believe that he is repenting from apostasy. So he must renew his Islam, for the revelations of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, and His Messenger, are too great to be mocked or ridiculed.
Conditions of repentance in Islam
Sincere repentance is not merely the matter of words spoken on the tongue. Rather, the acceptance of repentance is subject to the conditions that:
1. the person gives up the sin straight away,
2. that he regrets what has happened in the past,
3. that he resolves not to go back to the thing he has repented from,
4. that he restores people’s rights or property if his sin involved wrongdoing towards others, and
5. that he repents before the agony of death is upon him. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards; it is they whom Allah will forgive and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil deeds until death faces one of them and he says: ‘Now I repent;’ nor of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful torment” [al-Nisa 4:17-18]”.

Since l left Christianity for Islam, I now feel my eyes are open, and can see right from wrong. I feel more loved by God. I don't fear God to the point that l don't want to love or worship God. The God of the Bible scared me so much, l felt he was evil except for the Messiah Jesus, whom l felt was loving. I was always fearing hell to the point l just couldn't worship the God of the Bible any more and wanted to just sin. I feel more free now that l am now Muslim. As a Muslim I feel more closer to God. I feel as if l'm on the right path. Whereas before as a Christian l felt lost and lonely., and confused.
