We're having trouble with ours. The power switch does not illuminate. We managed to push it half way and get it to illuminate but it never got hot. Is this a defective power switch? Any suggestions?

I don’t know how to turn mine on. There’s nothing to remove in the corners but there is something that looks like a mini door handle in the bottom corners but when I turn them nothing happens

Does this get warm enough to heat up a bathroom? We don’t have a heater in the bathroom and it would be great for something like this to do double duty.

How safe are these towel racks? What if someone forgets to turn it off while the towels are on the rack? Fire?

You're perfectly fine to leave your towels on the racks indefinitely! Our products are UL/ETL safety certified in the USA and Canada and are designed to keep your towels dry and warm 24/7! Please make sure any electrical appliances, including our heated towel racks, are installed by an experienced electrician!

How do you wire to a switch? I don’t want to have to push that button. A timed off switch is much better

To wire it to a switch, just pretend you are wiring in a light. Have the breaker wired to a light switch, with the output to the towel rack itself. So turning on the light switch would turn on the towel rack. The switch on the towel rack itself would just need to be left on all the time. Then, you could use whatever type of timer switch you wanted for the light switch. You could put in a smart switch and even hook it up to Alexa. "Alexa, turn the towel warmer on"

@@codystewart4042 the setup shown has always hot to rack and then you push the button to turn it on. If you did what you just mentioned you just wouldn’t be able to push the button when the switch was off, and when you turn on the switch you would still need to hit the button to start it. Unless it’s a toggle switch at the bottom that you could leave switched to “on” and not a button. Looks like a button though.

@@codystewart4042 My man!!! I just shined a flashlight up the bottom it is a toggle switch and not a button!!! It’s a round toggle switch so I though it was a button, but with a flashlight I could see the on off symbols and it’s a rocker.
