Yes I love the slim tall look of Sudanese Nilotic chicks. I see how the Arabian Arabs created the hybrid Sudanese Arabs with the slim and tall Sudanese Nilotic women
I just found out Sudan and South Sudan have the lowest rate of cancer in the world! So I'm studying what their natural diet is because it has to be the food.
So freaking happy I want learn how make Sudanese 🇸🇸 dishes my mom never had time teach me and she doesn’t live in the same state as me so freaking happy defiantly subscribing tired of eating America food all the time ❤️❤️
As an older man, nothing makes me happier than to see young black women modestly dressed like you four. Since I'm vegan, it would be nice if you could recommend a vegan stew recipe for me since I'm resourceful and practical like the South Sudanese.
I am African American don't know my exact African lineage is (most likely mostly West African) but in college I used peanut butter a lot I used to mix onions and tomatoes with chunky peanut butter and jalapeño peppers with no knowledge of Sudanese food. I also used to add a spoonful of chunk peanut butter to my chicken ramen noodle cups. I had no idea where that came from...
That sounds delicious actually 😋 Many South Sudanese staple dishes are made with peanut butter and spices. We’ve had a spicy chicken stew from Liberia where they also added peanut butter.

The diet, yes, one thing, and the other ones are almost important: very much sunny days, vitamin d3…, no chemtrails and HAARP…
Maybe in South Sudan but in Sudan very high comparing to our neighbours in early 00s. Is this new study?

The spinach and peanut butter stew is called Mullah Cumbo (pronounced Comb-bow). At least that's what it is referred to in the Dinka language.
My dad is from Eritrea but he lived for a long time in Sudan. But do sudanese eat the same like eritrean?? Are there some similarities?
Yes we love injera, lentils, etc.! We also eat a lot of similar stew based dishes. ❤️🇸🇸🇪🇷

Can anyone name one kind of south sudanese food???
What's the difference between Sudan and South Sudan? Isn't South Sudan a relatively new country?
Yes, the newest country in the world! We gained independence from Sudan in 2011 forming our own country South Sudan. 🇸🇸☺️
spinach is so much better fresh not cooked. like greens are cooked cuz they hard to digest and they provide fiber
