Yum! What is the benefit of juicing compared to smoothies/whole juices? I know for this recipe a blender or juicer wouldn't matter too much but general would like to know what benefits of juicing are compared to smoothies.
Vegetable juices are good then fruit juices..veg juices help to keep you hydrated. Good for skin nd gives you good energy but we shd have it fresh instead of storing in fridge for 4days...
If u want a good quality of nutritious juice, u must buy a cold pressed juicer. Best brand is Kuvings b1700. U can get it in minimum price from croma at appr. 17k.
Love your videos but next time show how much fruits you’re juicing because viewers will like to see that you are getting that much juice from that amount of fruits 🍉
