River Cottage Lockdown Kitchen: Chachouka

Over the coming weeks, Hugh will be sharing some of the recipes he is cooking at home during the lockdown. To kick things off, here is Hugh's Store Cupboard Chachouka filmed at his home in Devon by his son Freddie.

I have always been Hugh's massive fan. I even got a farm and had sheep, chickens, ducks, piggies and was growing fruit and veg. He's been my biggest inspiration all the way from his start and his very first River Cottage. He's smart, funny, well spoken, oh pleasure to watch and listen to. Hi Hugh, I really like this but why do you have this really annoying irritating music in the back ground! it doesn't need it and spoiles it.
