HI GUYS I HAVE BEEN WATCHIN A LOT OF VIDEOS BUT I WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU HAVE A VIDEO ABOUT A Engine Variable Valve Timing (Vvt) Solenoid BUT THE ONE THAT SITS INFRONT OF THE INTAKE SPRAKET ON THE TIMMING COVER IT IS MOUNTED WITH 2 STAR BOLTS. I BELIVED THAT WAS MY ISSIUE BUT CAN'T FIND ANY INFO ON IT.

We are replacing rod and main bearings on our engine and can not find clear instructions on the torque specs for main caps ? Can please put that information? Thank you

You may remove the fuel pump relay and start the car to remove fuel preasure from the system
