- Today we making dry fish gravy which is tastiest village food recipe. A lot of peoples still love the taste of karuvattu kulambu.
To make this recipe traditional we use traditionally made gingelly oil, hand ground masalas and more.
The Dryfish made with salt and turmeric and dried with direct sunlight. Karuvadu Kulambu smell can encourage to eat a lot of meal.

This place is clean and well maintained. No electronics like mixer, grinder, nothing. Good old stone grinder. Effort is needed but the end result will be worth it. Food made this way will taste ten times better. U will not get this in any hotel. Good home cooking. Keep up the good work , love your channel.
