One of the first guitars I got to ever get a lot of play time with was an 80's Aria Pro super Strat. Since then I've always had an appreciation for them. Last month I had to sell a dual P90 Fullerton (Aria factory) Mosrite copy. I regret letting that one go. Miraculously tho? It just resurfaced at the local Guitar Center!!! Hopefully with some luck I can get that one back! Great video Jon! ✌
my first good guitar was an aria pro II. It was more SG alike with Zebra Humbuckers and two coil split switches. I had my first gigs with it until it was stolen on one of our concerts in about 1987 with my punkrock band Dogfood. these were one of the first cheaper guitars in the end 80´s which sounded great and the playabilitiy was really nice.
Compared to the 80’s aria pro lp I used to have this looks like the quality on this is so much better. They’ve come a long way. Decent sounds too. Really good for its price too. Very interesting thanks Jon 😃❤️👍
I got one in Candy Apple Red - really nice metallic finish! Amazing quality for the price, tuners work well. Have replaced the bridge with a Gotoh brass saddle bridge with compensated saddles for better intonation. Got it reduced, so even with the Gotoh it's less than list price. A great first electric. Better since I've shielded it.
Hi Jonathan, you ‘blew me away’ when the price appeared, I would not have guessed that this guitar was that price as it played well above that, lovely tones from the pickups & I loved the tortoise-shell pick guard with the black. A no nonsense instrument at a bargain price. Cheers ✌️🎸💜
greetings my dear excellent video, I have a question and I hope you can answer, is the Aria guitar the same or better in quality than a squier classic vibe?
Hi Jon, fantastic playing and video!! I think I'm going to buy one of these in red but I have a question- do you think I could swap the pickguard out for a fender one or just a basic no name one? Thanks!
@@JonIsJustTooLoud Shame! Thankfully I've actually grown to love the candy apple red and white combo, your video made me pull the trigger and it's arriving in ~2 days, can't wait!!!
This is a new release of the older 615 series, the spec is very similar. As an S shaped fan i would go for the 714 Mk 2. These have a different take on a Strat whereas this one just looks like another Tele copy. Still a great guitar for the price, and probably better than most entry level samples from other brands. Thanks for showing us this one Jon, someday i will buy my first Telecaster.🙂👍
Hi Jon. i'm already bought this guitar on market place in indonesia, but the guitar hasn't arrived yet, so can you tell me about playbility on this guitar??? I'm curious hehehe thank you

Aria was my first love with electric instruments, early 90's. They seems to keep making solid work, and the price, waoh, so cool. Thanks Jon👍
Couldn't agree more!✌♥

@@hecc5123hi. Did you change the pickguard? I have the same doubt if the standard Fender one fits on it.

The Bacchus✌️❤️
@@JonIsJustTooLoud what makes Bacchus BTE 1 RSM better?
Hi, great Review, thanks!

What's the difference between the 615 thinline and the teg thinline? Which is better?
Is the body made of real wood?
Yes
@@JonIsJustTooLoud thanksss
I wish I could play a Tele like that! Or anything for that matter, LOL.
