Looks impressive mate, She was a perfect car to start with. I saw one of the original black ones in 2000 when I lived in Perth, it was owned by a young bloke and had been modified a far bit, the engine bay had been fully chromed out.

Beautiful build, mate. Very lucky to have the interior. Group A came with the vl turbo diff to tuck the rear wide offset group a wheels in a bit more. I'm guessing your group a brochure book, was hiding the manual aircon dials. Sounds great looks great would be a very nice car to own.
Thanks mate, thats correct the VL diff also ran on the SV5000 to accomodate the 8inch wheels.. the book was actually a log book, btw the first handful of Group A’s missed out on the climate control and had the manual dials.
@GTZ05 interesting about the ac. I thought only the first tests mule group As has manual controlled ac and the road registered all had climate control. A mate with an immaculate group A replica has bad wheel rub from the rear and needs a shortened or vl diff installed.
@@79series the little running changes through the VN lifetime were many. Mine runs a standard LSD, the guards were already rolled and mine never scrubs which is good 🙂 I do have an adjustable panhard rod
Thanks James… it runs extractors and 2.5 dual system with 2 catalytic converters, not sure if your familiar with the VR VS 215i setup, similar to that with the live axle bends for the diff

@GTZ05 The adjustable pan hard is probably a worthwhile investment.
@@79series your mate should try it in his, if his guards are rolled should work a treat, mine runs quite low and even loaded up it just clears
