The darker arras is cuz you need to exfoliate more because there's more dead skin cells they're thicker layer so it's going to stay there longer so pay more attention to your elbows hands knees and ankles and get your feet really good too
I do! I do all of this like (until I'm raw) and this still happens to me 😔😅😆 No i dont till im rae but sometimes it feels that way when its stubborn and dobt want to come off.

I always have this reaction to tans. I get super B.O. in my pits the next day. Like my body is trying to get the nasty chemicals out and warn me I'm drowning my skin in poison. But it looks so good. Choices.

Think I might start using this tan
Hey luv. You need to apply moisturizer before and ***immediately after*** on your dry areas, particularly your knuckles and knees. That will help for everything to remain even when the tan fades.

I just like this video because he gives tips for both applying and fixing any mistakes if there are ever any issues 😘 He also explains that mistakes are more likely to happen with tans that have dark guide colors. That is what causes stains and dark and/or patchy joints.
It says on the bottle do not moisturise beforehand.
@@Mandaxx25Yes, because it inhibits development. You WANT to inhibit development on hands, knuckles, elbows, knees, etc. to avoid orange hands/feet.

Would you say it is the best in terms of color? And in terms of not leaving your skin dry?
Maybe apply it as the direction say to. May help it not get patchy and your knee won't be so orange. It says to apply in a circular motion but you kept rubbing up and down. Also to only lightly apply to elbows n knees. That may help!!

You’ve gotta apply lotion to your hands, elbows, knees and those joint areas to prevent the patchiness.

How do you do it on your back ?
I use this tan, the smell after you wash it off basically just smells like a basic fake tan, i thinks it’s disappointing just because at first it smells good. But honestly if you’re used to the smell of fake tan, the smell after a day isn’t that bad
Yeah it’s so weird, fake tan reacts differently for everyone, but to help cover it you can use scented moisturiser 🧴
@@jasminehomden So I was doing some research on this tan, and I found out the reason why it smells so much. There’s an extremely high concentration of DHA that allows this tan to develop so quickly and so dark. I suppose I’m willing to compromise the strong after smell with the quickness and color depth because I’m lazy AF 🤣 As far as covering the smell, I don’t have anything to add beyond wearing scented moisturizer and/or perfume. Perhaps there are some pros on UA-cam who have a hack for that. I’m wondering if maybe diet has something to do with the smell when it reacts to one’s own pheromones 🤷🏼♀️
@@christielawrence445 I hear that using a feminine wash (summer’s eve or anything similar) as a body wash when you’re rinsing your tan off, will balance out your PH level and get rid of the fake tan smell. I haven’t tried it only because I’ll have to use so much more than usual to wash my body and it seems like a waste of product, but it may be worth a try. Also, I hear not to use scented lotions when you have fake tan on, as the fragrance in the lotion will break down your tan faster. Not sure how true that is but it makes sense in my head and ever since I heard that I don’t use scented. I’m always tempted to use this dry oil body mist that I love, but I keep thinking, while yes it will hydrate my skin which in theory will cause my tan to last longer, it’s oil and will actually probably remove it faster lol

apply sparingly! You can add more but you can't take away 😅
When is the soonest you can reapply if you feel like you’re still not dark enough ?
as soon as you washed it off the first time, you can reapply immediately x

Lol sunlight is the only product 🤣 I went to salon for pro spray tan twice. Even with that, it will get patchy eventually. Can’t really avoid it unless u take good care of it but I’m lazy af. Oh and I have eczema 😞 tanner is not eczema friendly

Yes but keep using moisturizer every time you shower
Yes moisturizing is key but it needs to be oil free and when you shower you should be using oil-free body wash. I discovered at Walgreens Bondi Sands make both products specifically for fake tanning they're amazing!
The problem with self tanners when u go outside u can totally tell u have self tanner and the it’s orange. There is one supppose to be good Tuscan tan and Sahara soul self tanner

I think the stink is just your body chemistry doesn't go with it . Just like not every perfume smells good on everyone. I use this and a lot of my friends and it smells ok afterwards on must of us but there's 2 in our friend group that does not at all . It's really bad smell for days .

Exfoliate before and moisturize plenty
Do you mean to moisturize plenty after you wash it off? The instructions say to apply on clean exfoliated skin with no moisturizer.
You’re using wayyyyyy to much for such a small area… but I think the glow is beautiful on you!
I hate this stuff. I wish I could remember what my sister had me try of hers, it was so easy. Goes on clear with a little wet nap and then gives you a gorgeous glow after a couple hours. Little more expensive than this stuff tho. This stuff certainly is not easiest to apply like video says.

just applied and already this stuff absolutely STINKS!! like B.O. smell straight outta the bottle. The color, the fade, the lasting power better wow me because this is the worst smelling self tanner I've ever come across 🤢🤮
