@@WavyVaporizers with decent wifi it’s great! On the other hand, using my cell hotspot it’s definitely playable but gameplay starts to get choppy during heavy enemy encounters

Hello, i took every step necessary to connect my portal to the ps5 but till isnt bringing me into my game. Just keeps saying try again. Ive tried hotspot my own wifi, and even restarting everythijg but it wont work.
how is turning on remote play a tip?
Tip 6 this wil help save battery life.
Tip 7 turn on all light so u have less battery life.
Prioritize to have your PS5 connected with a LAN cable.
if i use the wired connection. doesn’t it mean I’m using Ethernet? means no one else could connect the same wifi?
My playstation portal for whatever reason will not record my gameplay this prevents me from making any clips. Whenever i play with my dualSense controller on my ps5 it works just fine. Please help!
Are the different colors lights changed based on the game? Been play Spiderman and I’ll get no light during play but in God of war I see it sometimes.
Yeah I believe so. Maybe they’re still optimizing the portal so the battery life can last as long as possible. Hopefully we see some cohesiveness within the next updates.
Question??? I put my ps5 in rest mode using my ps5 controller but when i want to play on my ps5 portal it doesn’t connect to my internet some one please help me
Currently playing Days Gone for the Platinum and will continue through my backlog next is Crysis 3.
I use Aeroplane mode to switch to a different WiFi Booster in my house. Also disabled HDCP setting on the PS5 settings to reduce lag and stutter on the Portal

Hey Eden, happened to me as well! I have a video on my channel called 'Reduce Latency on Your Playstation Portal:
Quick Fix!' To fix this issue. After completing these steps unplug and replug in your PS5 AND TV/ MONITOR. Hope this helps!

Вітаю! В мене така проблема: коли намагаюся підключити свій PS Portal у різних місцях, де такий же провайдер, як у мене і роутери +/- однакові: TP-LINK, то нічого не виходить. Наприклад, підключив в себе вдома - все ок. Підключаю у друга або на роботі (той же провайдер та схожий роутер) - не підключається. З іншими провайдерами та роутерами все підключається. То чому вдома цей провайдер дозволяє підключитися, а в інших місцях - ні?😵💫. Підкажіть, будь ласка, що робити у цій ситуації?

Tip 3 internet connection…. The portal doesnt use internet while playing at home. Internetspeed is the least important for a decent experience. Your home network is key. A completely wireless home network is asking for problems
You are right, that a wired connection is always better, but a good wifi 6 router is almost identical. Currently running my PS5 and Portal wirelessly with absolutely zero issues, as my house is being renovated and cat6 cables not in place yet.
When streaming at home, an internet connection is only needed to authenticate with PSN, then the data for the stream doesnt leave your home, so a 1mbps connection is as good as a 1gbps
Bonus Tip: Disable IPv6 on your router settings.
My issue is i only can play my portal at home. I can't play it at office or other place,really useless.

@@xxkillshotdronex9719 it will always have delay as its a streaming device and isnt running the games natively but i would recommend a slower sencitivity if your gonna play on the portal
