@@bestdayevermtb2 do that. Summer time is always good at CAP just super dusty. There are plenty of trails in Victoria park you can use the chairlift to access too. Keep up the great vids
A big thank you Lance for sharing this super exciting video. That park looked amazing and really exciting to ride on it . I so wanted to go down to Christchurch now to go and have a play on this park. Zack that Candale looks a awesome bike. You would never think you would see you all riding zero again. So looking forward to seeing you next Saturday night for your next adventure
doing well on the amish bike there. i noticed the big difference you mentioned between jumping a e-bike and a steamer on the weekend, couldn't believe how much more effort it takes to clear them.
@@bestdayevermtb2 Some of the jumps also need worked by an actual jump builder aswell. The trail has big potential but between poor jump faces and lack of drainage its a little dissapointing.
Loess Rider is a super fun blue trail. I was there a couple of years ago and the green trails on the other side of the chair lift were WAY rougher than any of the blues.@@bestdayevermtb2

That double black looked VEEERY steep in places!!
Well if it looks steep on the gopro. Trust me it is steeper. Good fun though.
As one of the head builders/volunteers of Double Vision it makes me very happy to hear your responses to the trail 😊
check out the trails at Mākara Peak in Wellington
I am keen to do that. Maybe February next year all going to plan.
Another cracking video. Those trails look amazing. Like the public service announcement 😁
LOL Suzaane Paul cameo
Nice to see the army finally made it. Sorry the wind got up but you had great weather at least. The corrugations on the blues are a real treat 😂
absolutely mind boggling they let it get like that, CAP has to be the only place where the blues are rougher than blacks lol
I agree, I much preferred the blacks. The blue trails were very rough.
Had a great weekend and need to come back to do the trails we missed.

So used to the super short sharp downhills at Woodhill, I reckon I'd need a hand replacement half way down some of these! Looks epic!
I did need to shake the old fingers out a few times.😁
Another Great video Lance! looking forward to my ribs healing up so i can get back out and ride again!
I will be over from Scotland visiting family and riding Cap and Skyline in Feb 👌🏼
You will have a great time. Weather normally good Feb.

Pretty much all the guys still have steam bikes and enjoy riding them. Unless there is a hill😂

I really struggle now on my amish bike now. I wish I could take the ebb everywhere.
thanks Lance, some of those tracks looked pretty steep ! good skills !
The amount of body movement involved ….. it a a great workout
The rock cave trail looks interesting, will have to get some info on that one
I thought that was a cool feature.
It's called double vision if you want to look up other videos of it
very nice vdo...wonderful...
If you want tech trails head over to the Greenwood track ;)
Good to know. Thanks.
Had a day at CAP a week or so ago, was definitely feeling my hands the next day after lapping some blue trails😂
I was feeling the same. Would love to session Askins if it was smooth.

Looks sick, id love to visit if the bank account allows it.
Must admit was a very expensive one day ride. Was great to see somewhere new.
6000 feet in the air and no brakes hes probably got something to complain about. The Captain didn't get any slower without you guys to push him along
That will each you for not buying the bike from me @Zac :p
you’ve been to cap before teo
$99 Nz dollars bargain 🇦🇺
Certainly is.

I think you are spot on there.😀
