Ok seriously guys how can you not understand what this song is about? He's talking about being broken in every way, life has left him alone and he has stood it's trials. He's singing for all of the damaged people out there who are cutting to ease the pain of being misunderstood and hurting. All he wants is for someone to say that they care about him and let him know that they understand, that they've been through it too, that they can go through the pain together.

The gym in my hometown has a CD player, and there’s a CD-R with this song burnt on it. Crazy to think that that’s how I found this song. The only Trapt song I’m really familiar with is “Headstrong”, because I loved it as a kid.

One band I like, Simple Plan, wrote a song using lines from fans' tweets to them. People were telling them how their music meant to them and how it was basically saving their life so they turned random lines into a beautiful song.

@KitCatch22 being a recovering addict i can actually understand this song now. they are talking about their addictions and lost their faith and trust. and are trying to find someone that can understand the messed up situation they have dragged their self into. pretty close i could be wrong too but listening to that song after going through addiction makes a ton of sense now

while a good band trapt isn't really anything new. breaking benjamin and three days grace both similar to trapt, and closer to hard rock then metal. so 7.5/10
