That's what I've been saying, too! Every journal-esque or planner-esque activity I do, is basically memory keeping. Even my planner & notes are, too. Thank you for sharing this video
approx 90% of my TN and memory keeping is just commonplace logging -- it takes the pressure off of journaling daily (for me personally, it's just not intuitive and natural and feels forced to do daily).
yess exactly !! i really enjoy daily logging but most people would find what i log about pretty mundane since my life isn't that exciting in terms of societal standards. i love having commonplacing mixed up with daily logging so much because of the pressure to fill a page with just? the day's plotline haha
